Oh Christ almighty I had the scare of my life.
I've been playing World of Warcraft for the past ... many hours, let's put it like that. All of a sudden I get the driver recovered error, which isn't out of the ordinary for WoW and Nvidia unfortunately. I restart the computer and start up the game again ... Crash, crash, crash, freeze, restart. :|
Installed the latest WHQL, restarted, started up the game - Crash, crash, black screen, restart :| :|
Start up Battlefield 3 and it's going apeshit with purple flashing colours :| :| :|
Had similar problems when I first got the cards, which turned out to be the SLI bridge needed to be turned around ( Which is weird ). Tried to turn it back to the original faulty position and I got the same issues as back then, red screen all over. Turn it around again and still crashing. I blow into the ends of it, reseat it and ... now everything is working.
Did I buy a Nintendo cartridge SLI bridge? Thought one of my cards had taken a dump.
