Full spec (prices before taxes)Must be one hell of a computer!
Games adapted to widescreen...but aren't you just chopping off the top and bottom of the image since you now have less than 2160 vertical pixels?
I'd rather have all the detail personally
Isn't it the first screenshot? You should try Indiana Jones.
It isIsn't it the first screenshot?
NO FUCKING WAY DUDE, AWESOME FUCK YEAHDO NOT UNDERSTIMATE 120 FPS
IT REALLY GIVES YOU NEW EXPIRIENCE
60 fps unplayable now
I just tried this 21:9I'm all in for ultrawide TV's after experiencing 21:9 monitors.
Lets make more people aware of how awesome it isrunning my lg c2 4k oled screen in 21:9 absolutely love it
Downloading Doom Eternal and Metro ExodusIt really stands out when you play first person games at that aspect ratio.
120fps just feels and looks butter smooth.DO NOT UNDERSTIMATE 120 FPS

Yeah120fps just feels and looks butter smooth.
I agree it's very difficult to go back to 60fps - especially for any fast paced game.
Oddly enough, in some games 60fps just doesn't look and feel like 60fps. This is more of a problem with UE5 games which exhibit significant microstutter.
60fps in RE5 feels twice as smooth as 60fps in some UE5 games such as Black Myth Wukong.
Its something I wish consoles would adopt as wellI find it honestly quite disappointing that PS5 and Series X don't support ultrawide natively.
But yeah once I tried this I couldn't go back and started gaming on an untrawide. Shit insane.
No. If you watch a 2160p video on a 1080p screen do you chop the image off? No, it's just compressed into the available pixels. But, due to the ratio changing you do get more of a horizontal view. You actually gain view rather than lose it....but aren't you just chopping off the top and bottom of the image since you now have less than 2160 vertical pixels?
I'd rather have all the detail personally
YepYou gain a solid 10fps
youre losing vertical detail for sure.. 2160 vs 1646 pixels....but aren't you just chopping off the top and bottom of the image since you now have less than 2160 vertical pixels?
I'd rather have all the detail personally
21:9 feels perfectThat is fucking stupid xD get an ultrawide bro.
That’s like ducktaping my 4:3 to 21:9
100" 21:9 8k480 (120 x 4 FG)21:9 feels perfect
32:9 is too much

Does 21;9 work for ps5 pro?Fluid motion
Cinematic widescreen
DO IT NOW
You can't get the same horizontal viewI mean… can’t you play in 16:9 but keep the same horizontal field of view? Then you get the same horizontal FoV, greater vertical FoV, and you’re not wasting like 1/3 of your screen.
This is a kinda sad statement.I'm finally enjoying new games.
NopeDoes 21;9 work for ps5 pro?
thats a pencil dickI'm sitting in front of a 32:9 57" 240hz monitor right now...
