Press F12 to open dev tools. Turn on mobile emulation. Select a device for example nexus 7 and open granblue link. That way you can play in browser on PC and use Google translate.

Extension is better but Google translate won't work there.

I prefer extension. Sometimes I open it using dev tools to translate news or event text.

Once the account is properly registered (email, facebook, etc), you can play on any mobile devices (either app or browser) or PC through Chrome browser.

chrono, you are playing so many mobage and they take so much time so I don't know why you even want to play granblue too. Granblue is a grindy game, way more than chain chronicle. It's like CC raid every day. There is also a coop mode where you don't spend stamina and can farm gold, items and exp. And that's not all. You need to play casino too. Rewards are just so good but it's an another RNG heavy grind.

Oh and stamina refresh bottles are way too common, it's look like it's expected that you are using them to farm events.

To be honest, I'm not sure either. Maybe curiosity and everything, after hearing so much about it? As for my current gatcha games, I really only play School Idol Festival, Treasure Cruise, Chain Chronicle, and Phantom of the Kill. The latter I basically login daily for my free item and to do the XP dungeon then I quit. There's nothing else to do right now, with it being in soft launch. :/

I did play Monster Strike and I still login daily [again, for free items], but after spending 500+ Magic Orbs during the last Legend hatcher [and not getting the monster I was after] I'm not really interested in playing much more of it right now.

If I enjoy Granblue Fantasy when it's localized in English, I can just drop PotK and play it instead. I doubt I'd drop the other three since I've invested so much time/effort into them. I'm still interest in seeing what GBF is all about, though. Whether I stick around and play it after that is another matter entirely. :/

I agree, it's a very deep and grindy game
I been playing since like July/August during the sidem event and I still don't feel I got all that deep into the game yet (well there's also a case of ihavenoideawhatimdoing) since there's so much to do and I have no real direction of what to focus on

Well, there is main story and some funny event story, if you can read Japanese....

There are also some end game contents, such as Magna weapons and The Ten.
Currently I'm collecting resources for my second The Ten

Part of casino grinding. 3000 chips per 1/2 bottle. 1500 for the purple BP seeds. There are daily buy caps of 5 / 10 each and a monthly limit you'd meet if you kept buying max amounts for 20+(???) days.

Keep the top one.
The SSR summon is pretty good (HP re-gen). The Light SR is also good, can level up to 90

The ultimate guide mentions that perhaps buying the surprise ticket "wipes" your chance to get the start gacha to reappear, as far as I can see they cost the same and assuming you started with the current pool will allow you to get the same characters so start gacha would be the way to go?

They aren't crazy enough to do that. The rate-up event on the new characters is ending and Anchira will be leaving the gacha.

They're useful because they hit everything for at least neutral damage, but they're difficult to strengthen because none of the SR-level light/dark magna weapons have +attack passives.

Yeah, light and dark teams are strong. However, any char will be useless without a strong weapon pool. Light and Dark weapons require way more grind than fire/earth/water/wind weapons. Good luck with that.

Was on OPTC for months. Kinda off it now due to no auto-battle, and a sequence of kinda annoying event islands.

Back into FF Record Keeper in a big way, though. That game evolved from nostalgic but simple time-killer into an absolute beast of a strategic turn-based RPG in under a year. It's seriously impressive... it's the farthest I've ever seen a "traditional" FF ATB-style combat system taken. You have to sometimes triple-stack mitigation to survive high-level encounters (debuff enemy dmg, buff your own defenses in ways that stack). You have to know enemy weaknesses. You have to take in the right equipment and the right people. Great combo of strategic planning and in-battle tactics, when played at a high level.

It scores bonus points for being super-reasonable from a F2P perspective, as well. Giving everyone the characters for free but paying us Pull for their weapons and armor was a genius decision.

I have 3 wind and 1 of fire, earth and water element. I don't have light and dark SSR. Maybe its better to get one strong light or dark SSR and throw in my only light and dark SR to form a team for light/dark content?

EDIT: I have read on facebookgroup that its better to focus on few elements and build a strong team first. And also light and dark teams are harder to build because magna weapons and summons are hard to get.

Doesn't look like they are being investigated (I shoulda read more careful) but I mean we're not far from it, it sounds like. This all spawned from some dude who spent 7000 dollars on gacha to get this one character (Anchira?) and he never got it.

I don't know if there's a way to prove this at all. Maybe that two guys (one who got Anchira after spending 700000 yen and one spent 700000 and didn't get Anchira) were just unlucky. Someone did get her in just one pull

the monkey appearance rate was not normal compared to other 2 characters with a "appearance boost". It is very shady.
