Phantom of the Kill is a bad mobile game. I don't know why I waited it. Should have tried jp ver.
Chain Chronicle global is so boring lately. Gumi can't give us new events. Only one winter raid with the same mechanics and that all. Where is kizuna, new weapon system and casino? There is nothing to do any more. Maybe its time to drop it for good.
Granblue on mobile is so slow. Ugh. It's impossible to join a raid on mobile.

I lasted 3 days before dropping PotK. Started playing WCP a couple of months ago and ending up dropping it. I wanted to stick with it since it was devoid of most of the usual gacha bs, but the actual game part got boring really quickly.
I complain about P&D a lot, but it's the only mobile game I've managed to stick with. I've had to have tried at least 10 of these games at this point and I haven't stuck with any of them for more than 2 months.

I never really saw the appeal of PoTK when you could also just play something like Fire Emblem. Well, maybe the fact that's it's free is a big reason I guess. But instead of money you'll have to pay your soul if you voluntaraly play a game by Gumi so you'll lose something either way

This is my problem with it. I know, it's soft launch/beta, but there's no reason at all for me to log in anymore, outside of doing the one per day metal dungeon.
I was diligently logging into Chain Chronicle daily, even if I wasn't playing but then out of nowhere I lost my login bonus. I just stopped logging in. v2 added a little excitement but that didn't last long.
This looks pretty cool. When's it coming? Signed up at least.

Consider how many people are playing this game, I wouldn't place my hope on that
Also, I've spent money on many 10-pulls in this game and got nothing. All my SSR came from single pull from either free ticket or daily discount ticket. What the hell?

It won't be a localized version, but the same with an language option added. I don't expect that registration will be easier and in English also. They haven't announced Granblue localization in the west at all. Only about additional languages to the current one and the announcement was only in Japanese. Of course, maybe it was wrong interpretation and cygames will release a global version, but there are zero news in English about that.
It's unlikely the devs will offer a surprise ticket at the same time as a limited character.
Any SSR that's currently available at the time of the surprise ticket..YOU GOT ONE?!

SEA Launch in Q1 2016 later this year world wide. The devs are currently planing if they should do a sea Server and a global or integrate the world on sea Server. What would you prefer?
Previous year limited character was available in surprise ticket but not in all surprise tickets. I can't remember the requirements.
The only game I play nowadays is the Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes one. I'm kind of surprised at how popular it has become, to be honest, though I do really enjoy it. There's so much they can do with the game, really excited to see where they take it. And, best of all, the daily commitment is really quite low, at least compared to every other game of this type I've played.

As was explained to me, any ticket you use on the first page is affected by gacha modifiers while anything on the second tab (like the new year or 10-roll) are not.
Just like how SSR Anira was, she can't be rolled on any given day of that year. Anchira is leaving the gacha on the 7th and reappearing sometime later.
Surprise tickets only work on what's actually rollable at that moment. Limited characters like SSR Katarina, SSR Io, or Halloween / Swimsuit / Xmas whoever, appear during special promotions. Surprise ticket sales probably won't be ran at the same time, because that's just throwing away revenue by letting people buy the rarest characters for a flat fee.

You're mixing it up w/ start dash. Surprise tickets let you choose from characters/stones available when surprise ticket was purchaseable (except the 80/120攻刃 stones, Luci/Baha/Grande). Start Dash tickets allow you to select from characters/stones available when you first started the game, and this is true even if you miss SD the first time and purchase when it pops back after a month or whatever timeframe.

Not yet but there are more and more people coming out of the woodworks so maybe there's now a sizeable amount of users to support a guild. I'll join although I'm not super active. At any rate I'm just in some random Japanese guild that never qualifies for Guild Wars so there's nothing to lose for me.
Anyone wants to make a thread for GBF so it won't be hidden in this thread or are there still not enough people?

The only downside is that the thread can get clogged by people asking for translation but that's nothing a link to the Ultimate Guide can't solve. Can't hurt to upload it now

Only have 1 ssr, gawain.
Any advice on who to pick?
My candidates are:
- Narumeia, the skills seem different, not sure if is worth without the dark team to support her
- Jean D'arc, the pillar of a light team, but i read that building a light or dark team if a thing for the late game
- Nazuphelia, he looks cool, and if I paired with gawain I will have both defense and offense in my wind team. But getting a second ssr before getting one for other elements..
- Caligostro, heal and some buffs,
- Claris, that skills will probably be good against harder bosses right? Maybe more of a late game char
- Alatir, a good offensive support, but i have a ton of Water SR

I tried the game late last week and was surprised to hear so many of the Japanese VA I recognized from anime I've watched. I also love the art. I just know that I'd like to support the game by purchasing in-game currency on occasion, mainly for the tickets/vouchers, but I know it would be a headache to do it through alternative means since the current version won't accept International credit cards. I could always import Japanese iTunes credit, apply it to my account, and purchase them that way, but that's not exactly pain-free. Not just that, needing to continually log in/out on different Apple accounts to play the game on my iPhone [since I'll need a Japanese Apple account] is also another burden I'd rather not deal with.
It just seems like such a waste to go through the trouble of an English translation and not release the game here. I don't expect them to make separate servers for us, but at least make it easily available for us if we decide to start playing.

Have you tried a credit card? Its not an app but the web version (+ google translate).

BTW, I think I've decided to just create a GBF account using my standard email account to link it and forego re-rolling. The way I figure, GBF is pretty nice about handing out "free" stuff, and getting SSR via tickets/vouchers/etc. seems like a relatively common thing. The longer I spend re-rolling [or waiting for the English release], the less free login bonuses I'll get. As for the game itself, I probably won't play seriously or anything, I'll just create my account so I can begin earning login bonuses and wait until it's translated into English. I know I can play through Chrome using the translating function, but I'd rather wait for it to be 100% translated and not through a browser itself.
Speaking of, is the only way to play the game either through the app on your phone/PC through Chrome? I can't just login through any standard browser using the GBF URL, my account login/password, and play that way? From what I've read, it's supposed to be a browser game but the only method I've seen to play it so far is through an app and not directly from the website itself. Unless, I'm missing something. That's entirely possible.

I believe the game itself checks if you are on mobile or not if you go through a browser
Chrome can bypass that through an extension that fools the game into thinking you are

Press F12 to open dev tools. Turn on mobile emulation. Select a device for example nexus 7 and open granblue link. That way you can play in browser on PC and use Google translate.
Extension is better but Google translate won't work there.

Once the account is properly registered (email, facebook, etc), you can play on any mobile devices (either app or browser) or PC through Chrome browser.
chrono, you are playing so many mobage and they take so much time so I don't know why you even want to play granblue too. Granblue is a grindy game, way more than chain chronicle. It's like CC raid every day. There is also a coop mode where you don't spend stamina and can farm gold, items and exp. And that's not all. You need to play casino too. Rewards are just so good but it's an another RNG heavy grind.
Oh and stamina refresh bottles are way too common, it's look like it's expected that you are using them to farm events.

I agree, it's a very deep and grindy game
I been playing since like July/August during the sidem event and I still don't feel I got all that deep into the game yet (well there's also a case of ihavenoideawhatimdoing) since there's so much to do and I have no real direction of what to focus on
