Is it me or does the footage of based vf-22 chan dropping the mde on not belka, look kinda doctored. Like the 22 wouldnt need to drop it that way, also its going a bit slow for a fighter that can nearly match the base vf-25 in specs.

To be fair, the Grand Cannon probably did more damage to the Zentraedi in a single attack than they'd lost in any conflict, like, ever. They took out most of the ships in an entire quadrant of a hemisphere. Also, at the time, no one believed that the Zentraedi could have that many ships. It seemed an impossible number.

Like how there was that meeting with the higher-ups an episode ago where they talk about not being able to accomplish something during the Windermere war, and their actual intention of bombing Ragna to uncover those ruins.

I'm leaning along the lines of the VF-22 pilot being ordered to bomb the main Protoculture ruins on Windermere to uncover the actual ruins, but then they were forced to drop it early for whatever reason. Maybe Hayate's dad messed up the operation, and was scapegoated?

I mean yeah this is technically true, but the Zentraedi just proceeded to finish nuking the planet for the second time after the attack any how. I don't think the Zentraedi get scared of things that aren't Protodeviln or Minmays shittastic singing (It's fucking horrible in the Robotech dub, I'd run from that shit too.)

You don't just waltz in and top Sheryl's songs. She got Yoko Kanno songs. I honestly didn't even think the first OP for Delta was better than the first OP for Frontier. It's probably not even as good as the OP for Rahxephon or Escaflowne.

How do you not like Infinity 7? Shit was awesome. I don't hate Walkure's stuff, some of it just seems overly produced with electronic stuff in the background. I prefer more of the throwback sound, but that's just me personally. I love some of the older anime OP's, I just have certain preferences, still need to watch the last two Delta eps though so I haven't heard the second OP yet.

I like what I'm hearing, going to pitch this to Kawamori. Can't write Japanese but I'm sure with some diagrams he can figure it out. Dubstep transcends all language barriers.

It's really not. The arrangements seem too...scattered to be catchy. It's all of the electronics beeps and such that get in the way in my opinion. I mean it works with the Sharon Apple stuff, but the beats were on point with that music, with the Walkure stuff it just sort of seems unfocused. Are we like the only two people on here that like Frontier more or is there one more person on here? Oh yeah I think the other is Korigama. Would love to see Mikumo and Sheryl having a cat fight. This is only what 9 years after Frontier? Sheryl still has to be hot. If Hayate called Sheryl "Oba-san" Sheryl would probably break his skinny ass in half.

I mean he or she is not exactly wrong. I'm pretty sure Minmay's stuff is better but I've never really heard the original songs...just...bad Robotech dub shit. I honestly think there's a lot more emotion in Ranka's and Sheryl's music and they lack the raw intensity of Fire Bomber. That and they lack Veffidas' drum skills. Walkure isn't bad it's just sort of there. I like Exia and what it's face borderline so far though...and the first OP. I don't hate the music, just takes some getting used to.

I actually like old school J-Pop. I'll always put the Zeta Gundam OP's as some of my favorite anime songs for example. Hell I love the Flaschakaya song in M7 a lot as well. That's very "of the times" as well, but I find it to be super catchy and a very well arranged song. The song Walkure sing in ep 14 actually isn't too bad. Mirage is such a prude...she's fit though. Seems to have excellent upper and lower body strength. We all know she's in better shape than Freyja. Keith is on some OP Red Comet shit in Ep 15.

Kawamori explicitly stated in an interview that Alto's not dead (and goes back to Sheryl) and Sheryl wakes up from her coma. He was apparently surprised that people thought the movie had a sad ending.
