This is fully explained at some point, but to recap for you: There are many ways to fill a gap in the heart and Hell considers love to be an especially unreliable method since it's so unstable. Other teams that used love usually find their targets' gaps open up again afterwards. It's implied that the reason Keima's targets never reopened their gaps is because he solves their problems at the same time that he seduces them.

Borderline nonsensical pseudo-coming-of-age action romance about twins and squids with bad art. If I hadn't watched (and enjoyed) the anime beforehand I would've been utterly baffled and would've considered it a waste of time. As it was, it was decent enough, though far too short and rushed.

kinda hated the Alternative since the first was fine they could have continued it but it was pretty much over. The twins thing worked once why did they need some kind of strange twist alternate world. Yes I agree useless

Just started the Team Summer A arc.
As for the current discussion, well, Bleach is my favourite Shonen and I don't really care what peeps think. Some people complain about actual faults with the series, which is understandable, but you can't deny there's some blatant haters who just rag on it cuz it's "cool". Anyone who's reading this current arc knows Kubo's got his shit together, and it's proving interesting. The pacing is back on track, he's bringing up past plot points and expanding on them, main characters are being killed off, etc. But some peeps will still just "lolkubo" and be on their way...
Just started the Team Summer A arc.
Loving this manga, really gets you emotional. Aramaki is my favourite so far, but there's not anyone I down right hate. It's really cool how the author links events together, and I really got the feels when Hana found Arashi's note on "Cat" island. Shit son. Anyway, I've just been introduced to who I'm assuming are Team Summer A, though they're still at that specialist school. Looking forward to seeing what they have to offer.

Good assistants roles but why do we always have femHealers/femWhiteMages, it would be interesting to see someone else ni such a role, unless Im reading the wrong stuff. Constant science at least makes HJ feel education while making it feel a bit more engaging, gets the mind thinking, so more immersive I guess. And Kild screentime
Also jus noticed the eureka apple is smiling.

Really good character art and story. Mixed on the large usage of putting the artwork on top of real world images, like the character art in front of an actual Honda car display, character walking and background is really an image of a motel interior etc. Sometimes looks odd. Though for one of the characters it works since he does have a hobby of taking photos.
Story was pretty solid and led to good things, main character wants to suicide while the other dude wants to leave the gang, taking photos of the suicide one makes him meet the other dude then they flee and go on the run for a few months. Initially afraid they start to develop a relationship. Lots of good times and a few bad but good happy ending I liked, and the actual case to why he wanted to leave the gang as well as reason for suicde was resolved well and actually compelling. Best moments

cooling down his body from the fever by, since they cant go to a hospital etc since they are wanted, by showering in cold water and heating him up, didnt know thats real but worked, and nekkid, the CPR scene was nice too, his first kiss even

So far it has every romanic manga trope but I guess since Futakoi was recently brought up on this page it's missing twins and maybe a few other things I can't think of right now
