I wonder of Namco has plans for God Eater on consoles? It seems to have filled the niche of no new MH on the PSP pretty well (better than anything else at least). Might do the same for the lack of MH on the PS3.

Torne sold 62,000 units during its first week. The standalone accounted for 75% of sales, while the digi recorder pack took up the remaining 25%. PS3 hardware sales increased 69.5% from the previous week to 45,000 units.

The ps3 sales is a bit underwhelming for its 45000 unit sold.

It just came out this year. In Jan I think. Budget re-releases are slow burners and sell lover the course of a year or two.

Its the end of March and unless games are announced this week and next, the only 2 Nintendo releases to come out period in the first 5 months of the year will have been Reginleiv and Kensax. The only 3rd party game released the first 5 months of the year to even get above 30K or so will have been Darkside Chronicles in the beginning of January.

Well, because eventually, the bottom will fall out of hardware sales. NSMB Wii is propping them up for the moment, but that will end.

Also, it doesn't seem like good business sense to treat your console like its dead.
