Metaphor: ReFantazio is officially the biggest Steam launch ever for Atlus with over 85,000 concurrent players

Well most of the video material i saw didn't had any mentioning and some stuff did change uppon release.Seems like i was wrong and the marketing of the other platforms is just weird/barebones. Definitely not the case for most releases.

If Xbox is paying for marketing, it's reasonable to believe the Youtube video you posted is just the (possibly longer) version of the video they made to show for commercials and stuff, I saw one last week. I don't know how these deals work, but if Xbox has a marketing deal it might not really be appropriate for the other platforms to be in the launch trailer.

It's not like marketing deals are anything new or that Sony hasn't done them either, or worse with exclusivity deals.

Just a example but I think every marketing deal is different so who knows

I've actually found an example where Sony's marketing tactics were even more questionable than what Microsoft has done with the Sega games. For instance, Microsoft couldn't even get a proper trailer for Destiny 1 – they had to resort to that strange "perfume" promotion a few years ago. So, while both companies have their issues with marketing, I wasn't aware of the situation with Destiny because I didn't care much about it at the time. However, I do care about Atlus, even though the situation isn't as bad as I originally thought, and definitely not as bad as with Destiny. Still, I can't stand these weird marketing strategies. Both suck tho.

I bought a sex doll, but I keep it inflated 100% of the time and use it like a regular wife
I hope this game sells as much as possible so that Atlus isn’t afraid anymore to make videogames that don’t take place in a school.
I don't mind school settings, but it's true that we used to get much more than that on the SMT series.

Here's hoping SMT VI returns to a cyberpunk setting.
