It isn't just gamepass specifically now but does have to do with gamepass growth. It's based on the entire content and services growth now.

The compensation amount for Satya Nadella is still 250-1 for the CEO-to-employee pay ratio.

All this to do what? sit around & tell shareholders how things are going, and employees what to do?
