So I know this is me sounding all negative, but in a way this kinda sucks that it sold so well so fast. This is coming from someone whose played it a lot, and in fact it's the most I've played a monster hunter game to date.
That being said, I also realize that this is not the best Monster Hunter has been or could be. The new features of the game, and the poor balance of it is really a problem. I also fucking hate riding the Sekeret ....the damn thing feels like a pain to control, even when you're not trying to do a waypoint. The auto running to waypoints make exploring feel non-existent in the game, and that's really a bummer. Combat can be fun, but it's also way too easy. Publishers will never take the problems of the game into account whether a game sells good or bad unfortunately. If this game sold poorly, they'd say it's because interest in Monster Hunter is on the decline. If it sells well like this, then the lesson they're gonna take is....oh, people must want these shitty new features where the game plays itself at times...and not consider that maybe it sold good based on how much people have grown to love the series over the years the way it was.
