One is a 30 year old PF who has been in the league 10 yearsLMAo > Drummand
LMAo > Drummond
That's the entire point of my post. All this just to say you don't understand how fucking crazy 7 straight appearances is. If Steph keeps showing up after this, they'll bring his up too.
It's not crazy when you consider the circumstances. For each of those 7 years, LeBron played on super teams that were expected to make the finals in a weak East. It's been a forgone conclusion every year after 2011 where he went through the Celtics and Bulls that were legitimately good teams, but just didn't have the same level of talent on their rosters. All this just to say you don't understand how fucking crazy 7 straight appearances is. If Steph keeps showing up after this, they'll bring his up too.
it's 2017 and we still arguing about LeBron's legacy.
Hot ass take: klay to the Sixers for the third pick: who says no?

There will not be another LeBron JamesYou should never discuss legacy when career is still ongoing. That's how you end up in "x is better than y was". The endless talk about Kobe being above Jordan, for example, has completely ended. It was the only discussion going for many seasons in a row.
When a person wins a title, the knee jerk generation with their 3-minute attention span will call that person the greatest. As soon as they fail other people call him a loser. Better to wait and see. It's easier to take into account the successes and failures and what each accomplishment was worth when it's all over.
Personally I don't think it's "amazing" to make the Finals 7 times in a row, when it was done by moving to just the right team at a right time. Or if you believe James would be playing in his 7th Finals in a row if he stayed with the Cavs, there's something really wrong with you. Taking advantage of opportunities in a masterful way, but still it takes some shine of the participation trophy.
But he's a once in a generation player. Just like many others before him. Too bad the league around him isn't nearly as good. Wasting great players because they play 10-15 meaningful games in a year is no fun.
Jordan only entered the league 33 years ago. Kobe 21 years ago. And then LeBron 14 years ago. Arguably the top 3 in basketball ever weren't that separated from each other relatively. There will be players as great as LeBron in our lifetime, multiple even. There will not be another LeBron James
He is not once in a generation he is once in a lifetime

Come on nowand the 60-win Atlanta Hawks team
Come on now
LOL one of these is not like the others.
But it's the HawksThey still won 60 games. They got demolished by Cavs, sure, but it still was one of the better teams that season and they still made it to ECF like they should.
You're right, Jordan should be replaced with Paul Pierce
Now the three are even closer to each other!
But it's the Hawks
Atlanta sports failing is a certainty like Death and Taxes and the Clippers being forever mediocre
.........LMAO
paul pierce?!
There have been much better celtics in his era (antoine walker anyone?)
Isn't Paul Pierce that guy that shit himself during a game once and then faked an injury so that he could leave the court and change his shorts?
.........
Bum ass Raef Lafrentz
He's no Bimbo Colesraef lafrentz was good so was michael olawakandi, but they're obviously not top 3 all time... maybe top 15?

What if Celtics trade Isaiah or their pick for Drummond and move Horford to the 4
Reminder, Drummond is like 23.
Drummond can rebound wellI'd like a legit big. He's not worth either of the Nets picks though.
For non-Jaylen players, sure.
Drummond can rebound well
Is 6'11
Is young
Just slide Horford to the 4 and boom. Ya good.
Having a potential core of Fultz, Drummond, and Brown sounds mighty nice...Yup. I'd be happy with that.

There will be multiple players as great as the greatest player ever in our lifetime? Are you insane???
Why is Kobe even in this post? What's going on here???
Why not?
Alright, this thread is way overdue to be closed off. Hopefully the new threads go up in the next few hours, cuz this one needs to go.
And at least once more I must say leave Jahlil Okafor alone.

I haven't finished slandering Paul Pierce yet
Everyone is leaving him alone because nobody wants him.
And at least once more I must say leave Jahlil Okafor alone.
