I love the battlefield series, but DICE fucked me over so many times, especially with their awful launches. I have 0 faith sadly, but still looking forward to it. Even when the game is broken like almost every BF at launch, its still a special game that no other game can replicate for me

The finals is not an extraction shooter and its not failed. Its a great game with decent playerbase

- Low TTK like BF3/4 hardcore modes

yea, not sure where you heard that lie and why you keep repeating it.

DICE is made up of almost 800 plus people

So...clearly that is not majority of Embark to make any fucking sense, just pure math shows this doesn't make sense. I mean, the fact that Finals failed and Arc Raiders is taking 7 years doesn't sound like "90% of the people at DICE" actually work there lol


I also don't get why this is gamers favorite go to fake claim when they dislike a studio, they same fake shit is being stated about that Rebel Wolves studio being majority from CDPR

Agreed with everything except low TTK, I feel Battlefield works best with a higher TTK so that players aren't so afraid of pressing an objective instead of hiding behind cover/camping.

The issue with 2042 - at least about a year ago when I last played it - and why all this is meaningless until they meaningfully address it or talk about a plan to address it in this new game, is the cheating.

Plenty of people still cheat sadly. I wish cross-play was between PS5 and Xbox only, but no... have to include PC.

It almost gives off a Tehran from Battlefield 3 vibe in a way. The sooner the community gets their hands on the game before release, the better. In terms of hype, we'll see. Vince sounds pretty confident in what they got cooking up.
