Nvidia's grasp of desktop GPU market balloons to 88% — AMD has just 12%, Intel negligible, says JPR

Why'd you buy it then?
So he could post that he regrets buying it.

I dunno to each their own but I'm happy with my 7900xtx with better raster than the 4080 for $400 less

Rt fake frames does nothing for me

Nvidia market share will grow even further thanks to 50-series and AMD not competing at the high end.
AMD needs to price their GPUs 25% cheaper. Nvidia doesn't get complacent like Intel did in the CPU market.
AMD tried with the 7800 XT (17% cheaper than 4070 MSRP at launch with slightly more raster and 4GB more RAM).

Didn't work.

Nvidia just ended up lowering the 4070 price by 9% and improved their $600 tier by 15% with the 4070 Super.
