Ac Valhalla on SX just not properly optimized and not true representation of SX power. All Xbox versions suffers from screen tearing means they ported one version across all Xbox systems. Its not made for SX from ground up

I read the summary and watched the heavy scenes, he makes no analysis of frame rates or resolution, and translations say he thinks they look similar.
He is not DF or NXgamer or a tech analysis site, and they think its 4K so I may as well watch gamespot....
Putting a 4K label on the bottom of a screen does not make XSX 4K

Series X does look sharper.
I hope devs drop the jaguar consoles faster, takes up too much of the dev tiem and even i had to watch though these type of videos with Ps4p and OneX.

The image on the series x is more clean with more details, the lighting part start at 8.35 you can see a difference in the reflection at the water

Overall the image looks to be sharper on the xbox. In some videos (gamespot) this is even more obvious.
It more or less looks like there is a post-process filter on PS5 that is not on the xbox version. But might just be the different weather conditions.

The only difference is that the XsX is version appears to be darker. It's the same reflection.

Maybe you should open up your own you tube channel doing tech analysis to favour XSX ?
Or we will use the usual reputable channels thanks who do this work for a living and are good at it. There is variable time of day to take into account and weather.
Add in console settings for colour brightness and capture card settings ...................................

EDIT: Actually looking at again, PS5 seems to be sharper and more detailed with XSX having finer details mushed. Look at the scar under his left eye (on the right). Seems the source on PS5 is coming from a higher resolution.

PS4 games running on PS5 with BC can't run at 120fps, even patched. Only full PS5 games can.

So? They are different products. The PS5 is designed to work in boost mode as long as the application needs it. I’d prefer if it is a 9TF machine, tho. That way is more humiliating when a game performs worse in a machine 33% more powerful. Talk about efficiency!Yes basically this. The 16TF RX6800 is derived from game frequency btw.

I think both have different color mapping, with Sony having reference monitor for TV's and known to have the most accurately colored tv's out of the box with best image processing. So a slight advantage in that isn't surprising, but could be corrected via firmware updates if it's not a hardware thing.

No game in existence uses both CPU and GPU 100% at the same time for any extended period of time. Only synthetic benchmark tests can get close to doing that.
It's been made clear the PS5 adjusts frequency and powerdraw on a frame by frame basis multiple times.
It's just bad faith arguements with no intention of being fair and reasonable.

Different products but same dna base from tsmc 7nm. It is a pity Amd cannot get 6800 to run continous boost clocks at 2.1ghz, will give it a nicer 18.5Tf instead of 16Tf.
I wonder if Phil can, to make SX a bit taller, wider, say 35x35x35, slap in a bigger vapor chamber, a bigger 380W psu, and push it to variable boost clocks, say 2.1ghz, will give it a nicer round 14Tf, and of course a higher tide raises all SX boats too.
But It is early days to call out on humiliation imo.

A 10% drop in power only yealds a few percent drop in frequency. So what do you think the PS5 GPU will drop down to 1.8ghz???
