Both guys I played in the other league could easily make noise here. The guy I played last night had a solid defensive gameplan, took me a long time to figure it out. I am having a lot of trouble over there and it's mostly due to the lack of familiarity. There is some value for me having played you guys for year.

It's strange but it still feels like I am playing all-madden when it's supposed to be all-pro. The defenders still have the same reactions and crap. I get to match up against FMT after the advance!

When I first clicked on the list I was like WTF Alex Smith at the top of the list? Then I noticed it is lowest percentage.

Need a little more Grossman out of Cutler. Trestman neutered him.

Also, what do you think of Chris Ballard? Seems to be the front runner for new Bears GM. I'm a little concerned because he was in the Bears system before, but he seems to be a strong candidate. Plus he is a former Badger.

He seems fine. My worry with those guys is that it seems like they are skipping a step. Sure he can evaluate talent at both the amateur level and pro level and he has proven that, but that's at most half of the GM's job. He also has to build the team and organization. Ted Phillips seems generally MIA so the GM is basically also team president, when it comes to day to day operations there in Chicago. I would have liked to seem him spend a few years in Operations just to get some seasoning on the other part of the job.

I think it's telling that the people who are selling him are really trying to pimp his completely unproven ability to "understand the big picture" and "build a team" but then their reasoning for backing that up are actually micro, player evaluation examples.
