I've had a few people ask me this. With the ridiculous amount of different currencies, they need to make this clearer.

It’s very annoying that it only counts the basic card. I have more than 5 Charizards but they’re all EX versions..

It's irritating that full art cards don't count towards the basic pokemon in the dex, like I had 3 full art Serperiors but still had to get a regular one to collect all 68 mythical island pokemon. Happened with other cards too, like I still don't have the lowest rarity Venusaur Ex despite having the highest rarity one.

I got the base ones done for the Mythical Pack, but need quite a lot of the art ones...
For the For Genetic Apex, I got 215/226... The last few just DON'T WANT TO SHOW UP.
I've had to spend my Pack Points to get some of them, but I ran out of points.
I was quite surprised to see how many people got the 226 cards in Genetic Apex and got that secret Mew card within the first 2-3 weeks the game was out. And hardly any of them were whales, I think they were mostly free to play players.

of the normal cards I'm missing 11 from the original 3 boosters,
and 1 from the new booster...
until literally just a minute ago I didn't get a single new card in at least a week lol...
but a minute ago I FINALLY GOT CELEBI EX!!!... the only one left from that booster is Aerodactyl EX.
even in the Wonder Pick I don't get new cards

Im still doing the 2 packs and 4 time capsules a day. Got a good stash now so should be able to open about 30 when the new packs drop. Cant..miss..any.. promos.Seems I'm the only person still happy with this shit game.

I like it for what it is, you should not get mad if can't find ot trade something. Just log-in, open free packs, get the bonuses and enjoy life.
I chill played Pokémon GO for like 7yrs and at some point I ended up having everything my friends that wasted thousands of € on it had, just later. I never spent a cent and just enjoyed the travel.

I was already mostly playing Live and just launching Pocket to claim daily shit and grow collection. So it's just a collecting thing to me.
Putting a blockage on what cards can be traded is like a massive beacon of how much it fails to really replace real trading cards.

I finally managed to get the Mew ex card and finish the Mythical Island pack.
I finished mine today as well. It was Taurus and Celebi EX that I was missing.

Damn, was it a 4 stamina pick? I've never seen a card more than one gold star in a wonder pickManaged to pull the rainbow boarder Moltres EX in a wonder pick just now.
Definitely my luckiest wonder pick thus far.

Yeah, it’s the second 4 stamina pick I’ve gotten. Seems very rare for them to show up.

My interest in this has waned considerably. I'm not much of a PvP player. I just like collecting the cards and making decks that auto battle the ai while I'm doing other shit. I still log in to open packs every 12 hours, and give thumbs up to all my gaf bros collections so they get the shop credits. I'm at level 30 and have roughly 2000 cards. The game is very slow and I rarely get any new cards. Kinda think I'm done.

So I essentially need 7 copies if I want to trade one and still keep 2.. And the same has to be true for the person I’m trading with?

I’m convinced they chose to launch this today because they know it’s crap and want it to get buried by more positive news once the expansion hits.
The trading feature is fucking TERRIBLE. I was looking forward to that more than I was the new expansion.
Anyways, I'm gonna mess around with a couple dragon themed decks in solo once I get all the new cards I need to see how it goes. I really wish we had more than 15 deck slots.

dude, Aerodactyl has to be the rarest fucking card in the game.
I have all of the other standard cards form that pack except Aerodactyl...
I have 5 fucking full art Vaporeons, 4 full art Dedennes and multiple other full art variants... BUT NOT A SINGLE FUCKING AERODACTYL...
