Isn't there something politically inexpedient about the TV ads for Tom Clancy's EndWar running on the eve of the election? Scenes of mass global war accompanied by the voice-over "The end begins November 5"? :lol

ItsInMyVeins said:I'm kinda wondering the same thing. I've got CNN, but it's constantely interruted by CNN Europe news and etc. I wish I could watch FOX News since I'm sure that'd be hillarious to watch if Obama wins.

Smiles and Cries said:Fox News will be all over Obama like white on rice for the rest of his life. He has commited the greatest of sins against Fox News.

Uh, I enjoy Hopium as much as anybody but even if Obama wins today he still has to run again in 2012.camineet said:Palin wouldn't take office until January 2017 if she wins after 8 years if Obama.
You have to take into account the type of people that watch and take Fox News seriously to begin with.....Cloudy said:I think it's a very volatile situation if you keep demonizing the first black prez when it's not warranted. The country is divided enough as it is..

So you're trying to say that Palin would have a chance against Obama in 2012?Gary Whitta said:Uh, I enjoy Hopium as much as anybody but even if Obama wins today he still has to run again in 2012.

...which puts her right on target to be there alongside flying cars, 80s retro diners and hover skateboards. BELIEVEcamineet said:Well yeah, I am assuming Obama wil get re-elected.
If he does not, and if Palin runs and wins in 4 years, the soonest she could be President is January 2013.
Smiles and Cries said:I want all this talk about PALIN to END TODAY
...but Fox News isn't. BELIEVElawblob said:I get the feeling the MSM is as sick of her as we all are. She will have a hard time staying in the national spotlight after this election is over. Alaska is too remote for her to stay in the limelight.

Smiles and Cries said:I think SNL may keep PALIN alive since Obama is pretty boring for the lulz
Nope, SNL will have to stick with whomever the President is no matter how boring they may be, as they always have. If Palin shrinks back into obscurity, the comedy media will no longer have any use for her.Smiles and Cries said:I think SNL may keep PALIN alive since Obama is pretty boring for the lulz
Was there any real lulz moments this past weekend?Smiles and Cries said:I think SNL may keep PALIN alive since Obama is pretty boring for the lulz
They should hire Kelsey Grammer. According to him, Obama's a pretty funny guy.Smiles and Cries said:I think SNL may keep PALIN alive since Obama is pretty boring for the lulz
Now we need Palin to be off the hook for the VP job.Cheesemeister said:Tina Fey is now off the hook as far as portraying Palin goes, according to Lorne Michaels.

Anyone gonna vote for Obama?
oh the possibilities!Larry Sabato said:If Barack Obama wins the popular vote by 7 or 8 percentage points, then he will also carry at least a couple of the following states: Arizona, Georgia, Indiana, Montana, North Dakota.
If Barack Obama should end up by 3 or 4 percent of the popular vote, then it is possible that John McCain will carry a couple of the following states: Florida, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio.
The Crystal Ball expects Barack Obama to run closer to the maximum than to the minimum in the popular vote tally.

ItsInMyVeins said:Not really important at all, but anyways; I just saw a survey on one of the larger newspapers news site in this country (obviously not american) about who people would rather vote for in the american election. Out of more than 60k votes, 84% wanted Obama to win. A few percentages were undecided too. Then again, it's an internet survey and I guess people could vore repeatedly for one of the candidates if they wanted to.
Red Scarlet said:chubigans voted for McCain, and I seem to remember about 4 others, but don't remember who they are.
I heard he was an Arab and a terrist too!lawblob said:I was going to, but then I heard some concerning things; like he was a socialist, a Muslim, etc.
