I've got a vinyl out. The first and last time I'll bother with vinyl, but it's a cool achievement. Also had the album get a short write up in the UK magazine Electronic Sound in the recent issue (issue 100).
Thanks for the kind words. Getting those textures in there is a big part of it for meSome nice textures going on in this.
Lovely.
Very cool! Bjork and fever ray vibes a bit...Love all the different styles in here. Keep it up folks!
Here’s one of my creations for anyone interested: https://on.soundcloud.com/QK8QNny7yBQaQGP27
I originally recorded this song about 20 years ago. Grildon Tundy was able to take it and put together a truly inspiring remix.
Thanks, man.
I think I hear what you'retalking about. To my ears, the synth sound I used is similar to the one used towards the beginning of Welcome to the Machine.Fun one. The softer melody toward the end reminds me, for some reason, of parts of Welcome to the Machine (Pink Floyd).
My introduction to Amon Tobin was the Splinter Cell soundtrack. He killed it. Haven't heard of Tipper. I'll have to check him/her/them out!Loved the remix! Grildon Tundy
I'd say my biggest influences are Amon Tobin and Tipper. I love the sound design of Amon's music and the atmospheric sound from Tipper. Glad you liked the track, thanks for listening!
Real players. And extremely thankful for them.Me likey. Got a fun groove and love the horns and the bass. How'd you get them horn sounds?
I played a show in town, had some cool visuals going.
Also released the full set on spotify
I listened through your set on Spotify. Very moody and atmospheric!
I could see it fitting in in a video game like, say, Observer (aka Bloober Team's best game).
