What kind of CPU, RAM and graphics card will one need to play Doom 3 with low to medium settings?

Inquiring minds would like to know if they should bother buying the game in 2 weeks or forget the hell about it.

From the PCGamer review - "Even running with a Geforce4 MX card and 512MB ram, the texture detail was great, although the game was noticably choppier in spots."

With your specs, you should be able to run it at 800x600 low detail and it run fine. The game supposedly looks phenomenal at any detail setting, so don't worry.
