My favorite Ghibli movie sure did clean up nicely for high definition. ^^ The music is as lovely as ever, and while the Disney subs continue to remain dubtitles, they did fix some of the timing issues the DVD had (I mostly watched it w/o subs, but checked a couple of parts I remember being REALLY bad timing-wise).
I still find the story of Pazu and Sheeta to be quite endearing and charming. A lot of the animation was just as impressive as ever, though admittedly a few parts weren't as good as I remembered, but that's to be expected. Nostalgia and all that. Either way, still a great movie! ^_^
