So Giant Bomb has a quick look up for BlazBlue. They don't seem too hyped for the game but I couldn't help but notice Jeff Gerstmann almost never presses the Drive button while fighting, and he said he'd already beaten arcade mode at least once.

story mode is much better than I thought it would be...it's really funny at points and Jin is fuckin psycho...this game is my current game of the year..
Got rocked online with my arcade stick, switched back and still got owned, thinking perhaps my Tao isn't as good as I thought....back to the lab I guess...

Unlimited Ragna is the epitome of complete and utter computer cheating bullshit. I cannot do anything to beat this fucker, and it's the very end of score attack...I have visibly seen my ice ride push him backwards, but he somehow is countering and doesn't get hit, and I never even get close to winning because he keeps gaining all of his health back. Jin's super spammy C move is somehow getting instant blocked for every swipe, his moves are all getting priority over mine, and a single hit of that grab distortion that takes like 70% of your life and gives it to him is basically the "you lose" screen. -_-

Yea, you won't see devoured by darkness to often from regular player. You essentially need 100 heat to pull it off. 50 for Blood Kain and then another 50 to pull it off. Most will just use BK for the ridiculous range it gives on drive attacks and more health leech.

Is it just me or does Score Attack not get easier whatever mode you have it on? I was getting fed up with hard score attack so I put the game on easy and still had problems. :|

Edit: Yeah, it does not change Score Attack difficulty. I set it to beginner and AI Bang was actually trying to hit me. He also managed to use Fu-Rin-Ka-Zan
