The European Union is pushing for a ban on video game controller export to Russia

A complete ban on export of gaming hardware like consoles and controllers to Russia is now proposed by the European Union to prevent the military from using these as tools of war.

I don't think this will have any effect as they can get all kinds of controllers from China anyways and even cheaper.
