Who else is excited about the start of the NBA season? Last year we had a thread so I thought I'd start one again this year. What teams are you going for? Who do you expect to win it all?

For me, my two teams are the Lakers and the Mavs.
On the Lakers I'm excited about the new direction our team is going in with our new coach JJ Reddick and it's also cool to see Lebron playing with his son Bronny as the first father/son teammates in NBA history.
With the Mavericks I'm really hyped about the fact that we now have Klay Thompson and how he makes us even better given the fact that we were in the Finals last year. I'm hoping we can win it all this year finally.

Most of all it's just good to see basketball back after the off-season break. Welcome back y'all!

Lakers start the season 2-0 for the first time since 2010-2011. Looks like the goal is to play through AD and take some of the load off Lebron and it’s working. JJ looks like he knows what he’s doing out there.

Always have been playing through AD, he was critical for their title run during the bubble. With the GOATS leaderships this could work again this year if AD stay healthy and can play 70+ games.
