I know that the gaming side has a pretty great thread for gaming Kickstarters, and I figured why not have a thread in the OT where we can talk about Kickstarters that aren't necessarily gaming related?
I can't help but read these threads about things like the Pebble Wristwatch and think how cool it would have been to have been able to get one. I missed the boat on it.
So I thought, why not a general discussion thread about Kickstarters we see and our thoughts on them? We keep it all in one place where we can discuss all sorts of stuff relating to Kickstarters. The only thing I'd ask is that we keep this non-gaming related. By that I mean Kickstarters that aren't necessarily going to fund video games directly. If you see one about Megaman earrings, by all means, post about it. It's probably worth a conversation! But let's try to leave ones specifically looking for help funding their new Android or iOS game in the Gaming forum.
I think we could use this to support each other in ventures we may undertake, or just to find cool things on Kickstarter that you think deserve a few more eyes on them yet do not have the views yet to achieve success.
