Love the title. One day I'm going to learn my lesson about trusting evil spirits, but until then, everything is quite assuredly Gwoing wrong
I can't get tired of Roach coming out of unexpected places when you call him out.
I take it I'm still screwed from getting that one ifKiera is dead in my game?
after playing the Witcher 3 did anyone buy the expansion pass? i did and i have no regrets.
I have two caves that don't turn to gray even when I think I found everything. The caves are: the one where, andthe bear comes from in the quest where you have to find the goat. Did I miss anything? Also, monster decks in gwent are f*** bullshit.the lair of the shrieker
Ok, is thequest glitched? I progressedGangs of Novigradquest before touching it and now I am in a position where I can't progress it. Quest description says that I shouldGet Juniorbut talking to him results in Geralt sayingThink over Cleaver's offer to help me find Whoreson Junior.. If I progressI am not interested in your squabbles.,Get Juniorfail.Gangs of Novigrad
Just got done with White Orchard, moved on to Velen. This game has one of the longest intros to a game I've ever seen. Literally, White Orchard is like a 10 hour preface to the actual game. Crazy amount of stuff. I left with a few "?" left on the map. I'll return to them eventually.
Also, stumbled on some level 10 deserter's and had to run away like the level 4 coward I am. Velen is so friggin' big.

Im playing the game in the way it intended at this point and I think Geralts movesets work relatively well against other humans but I find no joy in fighting any creatures for the most part. Thats when I feel the heaviness of the combat and it seems disjointed with the agility the enemies I am fighting.
Haha, yeah.If only he didn't stop dead in front of a 2 ft drop while 9 wolves are chasing me, he would be amazing.
It's definitly on my list, but given that the first season pass DLC doesn't hit earlier than december, I rather invest in guide and World of Witcher atm. But it's nice that you support the developers early.after playing the Witcher 3 did anyone buy the expansion pass? i did and i have no regrets.
lol
The game has one. The first time you play it; in the tavern in White Orchard. Explains everything you need to know
The OT has a lovely recap, but is there anywhere I can read up on what happened between the 2nd and 3rd games? Specifically about Triss...
I just saw her again and apparently she's pissed at me? Was her and Geralt's split after the end of the third game not an okay one? I thought making sure Yen was okay would be important to her as well. Or did she take it as Geralt leaving her for Yen?
I don't know happen to you guys. I don't have to repair that often. In fact, I go more often to a smith to sell stuff I looted from humans than to repair.they really need to fix the durability on these weapons. If I get into two brawls I have to go repair my shit every time. It's really really taking me out of the story.

I've never had that outcome but I would assume so becauseshe helps during the fight.

Yeah but i think he's drinking water people use to wash their clothes in. Bad Roach!Gotta say, as dumb as Roach act some times, it's nice to see what he does when he idles. He actually goes to water troughs or rivers to drink instead of just standing around and staring. Also got a huge laugh out of me when he ran away from Geralt when I set him on fire. Such small details are incredible.
There are five quests involving playing different groups of players and one quest with a whole Qwent tournament.Posted this in the other OT right before it got 86'd:
In regards to Gwent:
I didn't intend on playing any gwent but now I have the gwent sidequest open and I really don't want to stare it it forever. I need to win some special cards from two different people but I haven't played any gwent besides the tutorial game and these guys are destroying me. If I can just win these cards will this quest be it or are there more gwent quests? Please say no.
Ah, my bad. All the better. I am sure to pick it up by then. The first is in October, but yeah, not really any reason to get the pass yet.

But I also honestly have no idea how the degration actually works. I don't block, just dodge around all day.

Oh well... If there's one thing I care less about than achievements, it's GOG Galaxy achievements.
It's such a pain having to jump around various blacksmiths to get decent money for armour/weapons, especially as they have limited amounts of money to spend.
Tempted just to dump some stuff on the ground.
My problem is when I'm fighting multiple enemies I can essentially get stunlocked by them all attacking me at different times. The dodge is iffy at avoiding damage and it's hard to get more than one or two hits off before getting hit by another enemy. Problem is my swords also do shit damage (I'm level 4) so if I constantly dance in, get one hit off, then dance out, it'll take forever to kill anything.
I know that. I've done one card game. I was talking more on the strategy side of things. I played the bloody baron and he kicked my ass. Didn't know two of the same card doubled the card's points. Lots of nuance I would like explained. More than just your card goes here and what not.
I starting to think I do something very correct. I was running around in the wildernis and did the whole Whoreson Jr. QuestI have to repair very frequently, like maybe once every 10 fights or so. I feel like weapon durability is a bit on the crap side in this game. My armor has never been damaged much at all but my weapons particularly my silver sword is always falling to pieces after an hour of roaming the country side and cutting down nekkers, rotfiends and drowners.
This is something else. You can deactivate undisocvered POIs in the video options.I have one question...does playing on Blood & Broken Bones difficulty mean no ? marks on the map? I know there's no health regen through meditation on this difficulty.
I starting to think I do something very correct. I was running around in the wildernis and did the whole Whoreson Jr. Questwithout repairing once and my stuff is still not red. Well, I play on the second easiest difficulty, so I guess I don't need to hti enemies that often and thus my degredation isn't going as fast now that I think of it.minus his assault on the bath and the arena

I wouldn't worry about it if you fail it, it was just another way to do a part of the get junior quest. The mission just goes to his casino and arena and you and the dwarfs kill everyone, so if you already fought in the arena, and worked you're way in the casino, its not needed.
