Looks like jump cancellable to me. Enzo you need to edit that in the changelog (if it's in already just take out the ? mark if not then add it in as f+M and f+H are jump cancellable).

You can have Dark Vergil if you just make him go through 3 stances, give him no mobility and make him need to tag an opponent in order for him to dark devil trigger
