Yep, if I was her lawyer, I'd have checked she's capable of getting in and out of the car before taking the case. If I were her lawyer, I also know how I'd be getting her to court if it gets that far...If she could've fit, sure. That would've been the only way that I would've let her ride.
Edit : just read back what I typed in my quote. Someone to "driver her"? "It won't take long for photographs and video of her arriving at court emerges"?!Well, if Lyft don't settle with her out of court, and extenuating circumstances don't come to light, it won't take long for photographs and video of her arriving at the court emerges. If she's smart, she'll get someone to driver her in a car that's the same model, year and colour as the one that she was refused entry to.
