There are some ridiculous rankings in there (Brazil @ #11 because they haven't been playing qualifiers), but that feels about right for the USMNT.
EDIT:
For the sake of comparison, here are the current Elo ratings:

Two takes on the roster for next Summer:
- Brian Sciaretta: 23 Tickets to Brazil
- Galarcep: A look at the projected U.S. World Cup squad
Good news is that his latest injury is healing faster than expected, and he expects to be playing again by February 2014.
Mexico's gonna have a new coach for the New Zealand games.
lol
Saw this in my Facebook newsfeed...
Stuart Holden and the Greatest Premier League Goal of All Time
I remember that game.
The most interesting part:
Mexico's going through coaches like a fat guy goes through cheeseburgers.
Apparently 4 coaches in 42 days...

That's a new coach every ten days.
Well it looks like New Zealand's finally making it to the World Cup.
Not even little baby Aron Johannsson could sustain himself on 4 cheeseburgers for 42 days.

no way Ryan Nelsen STILL plays for the national team, right?
Jozy didn't get the start. Man... Sunderland fucking sucks

Anyone here know what kind of injury kept Fabian Johnson out this week ?
And his replacement scoresan own goal.
I'm guessing the same injury that kept him out of the national team last week?
Funny thing is as soon as Bedoya scored my Jayhawks got a touchdown.
We can't be friends anymore.
Well Mizzou is doing well so you should be happy. Jayhawks are going to be terrible for a long time. At least Wiggins might give us an exciting basketball season.
At this point I'm hoping he falls out of favor with the new manager so they can loan or transfer him to another team that doesn't suck.
Is this really the ideal time though? A season before the World Cup? Ugh...Jozy's move is such a disaster.
Johannsson has two goals and an assist this morning for AZ. Aron's on fire right now.
EDIT: Video of the 2nd goal
