Steam can sell what they want if it's legal. That said, who the fuck would want to sell this revolting shit?

A bit disturbing to see some people defending censorship of this. If you are pro creative freedom, it's exactly to protect the expression of unpopular thoughts and ideas. It's the recognition that no matter how bad or distasteful a piece of art is, it has the right to exist.
Either you agree with this or you are pro censorship and thought policing, that's it, no excuses.
As far as I understood it's flagged for adults, made by adults, so adults are free to play it or not. Don't recognize anyone's right to force another adult to not play whatever videogame, read whatever book, watch whatever movie (etc...) he wants to watch.
We all saw them bashing cp2077 and hogwards legacy while simultanuisly claiming they playing those games(ofc their copy was given to them ;p) lol, they got such a low moral standard out there they cant admit to liking a game/pay for it themselfs ;DNot at all.
Folks here aren't morally bankrupt.
You know damn well it's the fuckers on Era who virtue-signal in public while getting their rocks off to some nasty reprehensible shit behind the scenes.
don't mix topics, anything crossing from fantasy/art/literature to real life is under different set of rules. Obviously real cases of that should remain (obviously) illegal as there's someone being victim. But literature or games depicting that, I don't have double standards, if anyone wants to create such fiction, it should be their right to do so. I don't ban stuff I don't like. There are limits though right - you'd censor child porn wouldn't you?
But laws change, no morals are ever set in stone, and art isn't created or enjoyed in a vacuum.don't mix topics, anything crossing from fantasy/art/literature to real life is under different set of rules. Let's not forget the important and only line that matters reality vs fantasy/art
But laws change, no morals are ever set in stone, and art isn't created or enjoyed in a vacuum.
It is not about banning something you don't like, it is about having a modicum of shared morals/ethics which is mandatory for a society to work.
It always amazes me how clueless some men are. Have you looked at the literotica women get off to?But laws change, no morals are ever set in stone, and art isn't created or enjoyed in a vacuum.

That's illegal. This is not. There are limits though right - you'd censor child porn wouldn't you?
Isn't that like one of the most popular categories in porn sites?Incest?

Who cares you can murder people in games, decapitate their heads, chainsaw their torsos off, drug them, turn them into slaves but some lame game about incest and domination is the problem? There's worst shit in women's romance novels.Yeah I'd say it's a pretty shitty game that crosses lines.
On the other side this probably will increase sells when otherwise no one would have known about this " game "
Why the hell are you making this a man vs woman situation ?It always amazes me how clueless some men are. Have you looked at the literotica women get off to?
It's full of beastiality, incest and non-consensual sex. If you look at reviews they're full of women that look like Women in Games CEO Dr Marie-Claire Isaaman.

Why are women allowed to enjoy those things undisturbed while men need to be shamed at every opportunity?
So is sexual assault? Most of the stuff you listed are illegal so censorship doesn't really apply.
Games where you straight up murder people (hatred comes to mind) are always met with great pushback. So is sexual assault?
It's in the game's description that "you wont take 'no" as an answer"
That sounds pretty rapey to me
So is murder, and we have tons of games with it and etc.
In truth, more things should be banned, there are strong correlations between what we see and what we do. People are animals and gets influenced by every dumb thing.Who cares you can murder people in games, decapitate their heads, chainsaw their torsos off, drug them, turn them into slaves but some lame game about incest and domination is the problem? There's a point where every person evolves from a regular person into a clutch pearling grandma, pray you haven't crossed it.
Men at work is enoughJust imagine a group called Men In Games
Because only men are shamed for their fetishes by hypocrites like Women in Games. Why the hell are you making this a man vs woman situation ?
That ship has sailed long time ago.I said some fetishes have no place in a sane society, and if we cannot collectively agree on at least some of them, we are fucked as a society.
Depiction of sexual assault or murder is not illegal though. Sexual assault as a fantasy and/or kink isn't illegal either. So is sexual assault?

Eh, there are tons of other games besides COD that deal with murderGames where you straight up murder people (hatred comes to mind) are always met with great pushback.
The fact that we can kill people in games depicting war situations is not the same. It is not good either, but most of the world's economy is based on war so games like COD are accepted. You'll notice that the game is called Call of duty not call for murder.
That's the old way of thinking. Research for the last 80 years has shown that just because people see something on TV, games, books etc doesn't mean they are going to engage in the behavior they see. The reason for this is because the human brain can distinguish between fiction and reality. In truth, more things should be banned, there are strong correlations between what we see and what we do. I never said women have the right to enjoy their fetishes while men do not.

According to ChatGPTDepiction of sexual assault or murder is not illegal though. Sexual assault as a fantasy and/or kink isn't illegal either.
Necrophilia, pedophilia, zoophilia though... Pretty sure even depicting them is not allowed. At least in most places.
In the USA, the rules are more permissive than in many other countries due to strong First Amendment protections (freedom of speech and expression). But there are still limits, especially where criminal depictions intersect with harmful conduct, obscenity, or incitement.
Here's how it breaks down in the U.S.:
LEGAL TO DEPICT in Fiction (Movies, Games, etc.):
Most crimes can be depicted in fiction without legal issues:
- Murder
- Assault
- Robbery
- Drug use/trafficking
- Terrorism
- Hacking
- War crimes
- Police brutality
- Sex work
- Corruption
As long as it's clearly fictional or dramatized, and not real footage of illegal acts, it's usually protected.
ILLEGAL OR HEAVILY RESTRICTED to Depict:
1. Child Sexual Abuse / Pornography
- Completely illegal, including:
- Real images/videos of minors in sexual acts.
- Sometimes even realistic CGI, animation, or drawings (e.g., "lolicon") can lead to charges under federal obscenity laws, even if no real child was involved.
2. Obscenity
- Not protected by the First Amendment.
- The Miller Test decides if something is obscene (prurient, offensive, lacking value).
- Extremely violent, gory, or sexual content is usually allowed unless it's also obscene or involves minors.
3. Snuff Films / Real Criminal Acts
- Real murders, suicides, rapes, or illegal activity being recorded and distributed is illegal.
- Fictional depictions are allowed, but real crimes caught on film may lead to legal trouble if shared or sold.
4. Incitement to Imminent Lawless Action
- If your media encourages viewers to immediately commit a crime, that's not protected speech.
- E.g., "Let's go burn down the police station right now."
5. True Threats / Harassment
- Even fictional media that makes credible threats against real individuals can be illegal.
6. Animal Cruelty (Real Footage)
- Illegal to create or distribute videos of actual animal cruelty ("crush videos," etc.).
- Fictional depictions are allowed.
Ok, seems like it agrees with what i'm saying?According to ChatGPT
Not really?Ok, seems like it agrees with what i'm saying?
Have you played it?Saving this for next time one of the Ponies tries to use Steam reviews as some sort of quality barometer for shit games.
In truth, more things should be banned, there are strong correlations between what we see and what we do. People are animals and gets influenced by every dumb thing.
Define "obscene"?Not really?
This game fits into the Obscenity description, and I doubt that it would pass the Miller test.
But when it promotes killing is ok, right? When it promotes rape or child pornography, yes it is.
Killing is ok? Cancel CoD, GTA, Mario, Zelda and almost everything else.Zoofilia, necrofilia, pedo, racism and etc. are ok?
The most retarded whataboutism ever. But when it promotes killing is ok, right?

I'm not saying the subject can't be discussed, but that's not this. I also would not be for a School Mass Shooter Simulator either. But when it promotes killing is ok, right?
