I like everything, which makes my life difficult. Sticking to my gaming budget can tough :D. I might have to flip a coin with this one. So you think that FH3 is visually more impressive?

In an ideal world, there would be an Xbox One X update for Prey and I'd be buying that right now.

Both are great games, TF2 didn't feel that long to me. Id pick FH3, lengthy single player, really fun multiplayer, and just such a feel good game.

Two totally different games.

However... Forza Horizon 3 is bloody amazing, and I’m not a big racer fan, but a big FPS fan, so make of that how you want :p

Personally I would recommend the LG OLED's. I have a 55" and it has a superb picture, previously I had a Sony Bravia 55" which was 4K with HDR and the LG blows it out of the water. Also the Android OS on the Bravia's is awful, reboots, lag, fails to respond, etc, etc. Web OS on the LG TV's looks great and is a joy to use.

I got the LG C7 55" last year and its the best gaming experience I have had to date. Amazing picture picture quality with the X and PS4 Pro. Replaced my Sony Bravia 4K non HDR 55"

Get an OLED. I got the Sony 900e before my B7 oled and while the Sony wasnt bad by any means, the viewing angle killed it for me and HDR was not as punchy as I would have liked. I believe no one should pay 1000 and be forced to sit directly in the middle at all times to enjoy. OLED all the way if you can afford it and also the super low input lag will get you more kills in games for reals!

Why cant you have both .. get forza horizon 3 when its on sale and get ea access ( and get titanfall 2)

X+4K HDR a true gaming experience. .AC still blows my mind and its 2018. FH3 it's just on another level since it got an X upgrade.

This got me thinking, trust me MS and CyberPunk got something special cooking for X when it launches later this or next yr

Holy crap. Your screen shot of Forza Horizon 3 with the Audi looks absurdly good. Great work. Hopefully my copy will arrive on Monday. I'm going to have a lot of fun in the photo mode, no doubt.

My aim is to buy most of the major releases that have received an Xbox One X update so far. I'm slowly getting through my list. Dishonored 2 and Titanfall 2 are next. Prey has been put onto the back burner until Bethesda wakes up and realises that it still needs an update (and deserves one).

Totally different games. I think it’s a personal choice. There’s a ton to do in Forza Horizon 3 and it looks amazing but titanfall is just plain fun. You have to ask yourself if you want driving or shooting.

Oh absolutely. This is one of my most anticipated Xbox One X updates. Getting to play Halo 2 Remastered in a higher resolution than 900p is going to be brilliant. I wonder whether the engineers responsible for the update will be able to achieve a native 4k. I'll dance a jig if they can.

Thanks for your reply! I went with Forza Horizon 3 for now but Titanfall 2 is next on my list. It's been a while since I've played a great FPS campaign, so I'm really excited to finally dive into that.

Very impressive with all the retroactive patching in the span of just a couple months. Imagine games built with the X in mind going forward. This is just the beginning.

With GTAV late numbers, as of having the most players ever online last December; I was hoping Rockstar would enhanced the game for the X. It makes sense.
What do you guys think? Would you like to see a 4K GTAV patch?
Wishful thinking.

And yes, HMCC is my most wanted update now.

Yes, a GTAV patch would be nice. There are plenty of newish games left for patches imo. Will we see them? That depends on if the time/effort is worth the payback. Let's hope so!

A GTAV patch seems stupid that it’s mot been done yet. Not even a Pro patch? Doesn’t make sense with the money that game brings in... The game was already a last gem remaster, it would run 4k locked, maybe even 60.

I’m also shocked and a bit annoyed there is still no Doom or RE7 patch out... I want to play through Doom again so I’m just waiting, and RE7 has the DLC...

There is no way GTA would run at 60 fps on consoles.

Just finished Wolfenstein II on the XBOX One X. Definitely not rock-solid 60fps the entire time - but "most" of the time.

That game is nuts, btw. Totally, completely, 100% nuts.

I mean, Forza Motorsport 7 was there at launch running at 4K and 60fps, which made us feel great that the franchise was represented at the launch of Xbox One X. They did a phenomenal job.

Like I said, this goes back to choices, you know, the choice that we made for this particular enhanced version was to go after visuals and see where we could get there. But yes, there’s no doubt that the console is powerful enough for that.
