So, you are recommending that I wait a few months to get DR2? I just beat DR1, and it may be difficult to hold myself back from just jumping in...

And yeah, to anyone trying to make a list of best Vita games, while also outright denying the genre Danganronpa applies to... Only ask that to learn what to get besides Danganronpa, really, it's really great.

Speaking of, anyone have a clue as to the time gap between DR: Another Episode releasing in Japan in around a week and releasing in the west? Oh, and how is Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward? I got 999 recently after being enthralled by Danganronpa, it's different, but still genius. Just wondered how many people here think it is better than DR1, since I've heard some say that before.
VLR is much better than Danganronpa. I think the big difference is that VLR has amazing gameplay in addition to such good story and characters and this really helps the pacing better imo. You're given a rest between long storytelling with brilliant gameplay, which isn't the case with Danganronpa. The escape the room gameplay is so well executed. 999 was ok in this area sort of but far too simplistic. They really kick it up a few gears with VLR. VLR also handles the choices you make much better by having a flowchart showing all the possible choices, eliminating the need to start from the beginning every time or replay puzzle rooms. I think it's one of if not the best Vita game. Danganronpa is great too but like I said I think the gameplay makes VLR a much better experience overall. Storywise I feel like they're on par.

Have no idea where else to ask this (did try Destiny thread last week) so...

Is it normal that my PS4 makes a whirring noise when I put in the Destiny disc. The noise disappears routinely after about 5 minutes, but having come from a PS3 slim any noise is obviously disconcerting!

Yes, it's normal.

Wow is Tales of Hearts R as bad as the demo? I was even thinking of supporting the localization but now nope... Tales of Innocence R is a lot better.

They released english gameplay before but I'm talking about the Japanese Demo.

The difference is amazing!

Woah really?
Because I thought it was pretty good. I was in the same room the console was in though, but still, no slowdowns and just slightly lagged. It's a shame that I won't be able to play any PS3 game outside of this and Ico on Vita...

I might end up playing all the PS4 games on Vita lol

Ignoring visual novels, what are your top five vita games on the psn?

Persona 4 Golden (One of the best games on any platform)
Hot Shots Golf: World Invitational
Ys: Memories Of Celceta
Demon Gaze
Atelier+ Games

But you really can't not mention the Vanillaware gems, Toukiden or X/X-2 HD. So many good games.

The only downside is that 60fps games play at 30fps but it's still very good for what it is.

Does anyone else have this tendency? I got about $65 in my PSN wallet, and I really am just itching to get something with it. I recently got a PS4, and I keep looking at the games that are on sale(Murdered, and Thief), but not sure if they're worth it. If I didn't get one of those, I'm really tempted to get something like Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate because I remember kinda like Dynasty Warriors 3 back in the day, but not sure if I'd still like it today.

Decided to go digital with Bloodborne, should I preorder now or wait and see if there's some sort of deal or price drop?

From what I've seen, Sony has been known to reimburse players when a pre-order item drops in price. I believe they did this with TLoU: Remastered, because it dropped like $5 or $10 bucks a few days before release. Personally, I wouldn't pre-order now, just because we're so months away from launch and the digital pre-order will always be there. Just seems kind of early.

I have this problem too lol. Money in my PSN account? Need to spend it!

Just finished Layton vs. Ace Attorney.

Kind of disappointed on the stupid final twist :/ Man, that was stupid. Thank God for Maya though, she really brightened up the game for me.

Now firing up Danganronpa 2. Hopefully this one is good.

Typical Layton silliness really, but hey as long as you enjoyed the trials that's all that matters.

Now firing up Danganronpa 2. Hopefully this one is good.

How do I download flower for PS4 for free if I've bought the PS3 version? Can't find an option for it, but the internet tells me that it should be a free upgrade.

Finally, after playing it for the first time around 2007 - 2008, I have beaten Persona 3!

Played the PSP version on my VITA.

Now I'm a bit sad I reached the end :|

So, I have Persona 1 (the PSP version) that I bought on a sale, thinking it was P3P lol

Is it any good? Should I skip it and play P4 Golden?

P3P is one of the best JRPG Ive played in the last years! Have I been spoiled?

Persona 1&2 are nothing like 3&4. Play Persona 4:Golden

Is there a fan translation for Time Travelers?
No one is translating it, I think. Which is sad as this game is actually good (as an interactive novel).
No.
I don't even use the dark theme
You heretic! How come you treat your eyes that bad?

Persona 1 is actually closer to the mainline SMT games and the game shows its age. It could be good if you're looking to try the origins of the series/ as a primer to the SMT games/ sick of the P3 / P4 gameplay. Try it for a few hours (or minutes) and see if it clicks. If not proceed to P4G.

Play P4 considering that you've just played P3P.
P1 is closer to SMT in gameplay and there aren't any social links for you if that's what you like about Persona. For my part I think the battle system has more depth than either P3 or P4, but that's just me.

Treasures of Montezuma Arena is really annoying me now. I had six log in days in a row, started the game up at least ten times yesterday, game never acknowledged it. Started it today and I'm back at one day in a row. It just keeps happening. Ridiculous.

I'm getting too old for this...
Lost in the Grancel sewers (Trails in the Sky) and I have no idea where to go, just going round in circles, not even finding the entrance again...

PS All Stars is boring and easy. Mash the same few moves over and over again, use super, repeat. This works in both single player and online. Haven't lost a game yet. Meh.
