Bison is by far the most fun I had in every beta and I started to actually learn how to use him towards the end of the last one.

Birdie is great too but I didn't get much practice with him.

I may wake up to other characters over time. But Alex is by far my most wanted and has been since...well since before SF4 came out, lol. I remember saying I'd main Abel thinking he reminded me of Alex, but that was not to be. The wait for the return has been rough.

Who has already uninstalled SFIV and who plans to once SFV is out?

I'm debating keeping it installed or not. It's hard now but once I'm deep into SFV it'll be easy to move on and uninstall it.

If I really needed the space on my PS4, but nah probably not just incase I dunno in 10 years I want to remember haha.

Just throwing it out there, maybe the order listed in the order in which we'll get the DLC characters.

It would make sense considering that
both Guile & Ibuki's VAs have recorded lines for their respective characters in Story Mode.

Off the strength, I'm not paying for any characters cuz I know I'll be playing this game heavily and for years. I'll probably buy the premium costumes tho and I'd definitely be willing to pay for more stages. They should redo/update a bunch of all the previous games stages. At the very least, the most classick and good ones.

If I had to pick one, I'd go with Evil Ryu or Oni. I think they'd be cooler as something like a new V-Trigger for Ryu and a V-Trigger for Akuma. I don't really like the idea of excluding anyone though. Every character has its fans, and my personal preferences shouldn't negatively affect anyone's experience. Unless I could Sacrifice characters for Final Fight characters. I'd get rid of half the cast for Cody, Guy, and Haggar.

Mika, Cammy, and Chun li. I was never very good with Chun li but I think she looks more fun in V and I definitely have to do more training with her. My main character is likely going to be Mika because she is very fun to play. I love her vskill, her command grabs, and pokes are insanely deadly in the right hands. Her v trigger is also insanely good and I know a couple of set ups for it. Cammy was my main in IV but I'm not feeling her in V. Nothing really stands out about her and she's pretty much a bare bones character. Her hooligan crossup is nice but when people start seeing it, I'm clueless on what to do. I May also give Laura a whirl after that introduction video. She’s insane.

I'm going to main Birdie. Loved his ability to control the mid range in the beta and I'm just a sucker for gimmicks.

But I'm going to start with Necalli (hate his design btw) to get a better grasp on the game itself.
Birdie's long range pokes spoiled me, so I never picked up a different character during the beta phases. Necalli is like the blue print for this game and I'll have to learn to play with his stubby normals

New generation and second impact share the same story, if not 2i overwriting the vents of ng

For competitive play, definitely Vega at first, maybe a bit of Cammy and Chun-Li in there as well. I'm looking to rotate a good bit between all of the characters though to really see my preferences.

Well, Cody is gone and Juri isn't out yet, so I'll probably start with Ken unless he's really as bad as he seemed in the beta I played.

I may also check out R. Mika.

I'm gonna main either Vega or Bison, either way they are dropped when Balrog hits.

Seems very basic and thrown together I think. I am sure it will change over time with updates/feedback. But everything seems clean which I like SF4 had to much pizzazz sometimes for me.

I think Decapre it's going to be on wave 2. She's the main point in the SFV dolls cover.

I initially wanted to main Birdie since I've wanted him in a new game for like ten years (even though I don't like his redesign). But now I'm leaning towards my old main Vega. I was sooo bitter over them making him a motion character, and still am to a degree, but I will give him a chance. What's with the animosity towards charge characters anyway? I prefer playing charge and always have.

If Alex turns out good however I will most likely switch to him. The 3d strike nostalgia is real!

I'm pretty decent with Cammy so I'll probably be playing her first. I really want to, not main, but have a pocket Dhalsim. Everyone looks really good, I'm excited to explore everyone.

what the hell, I just heard today that Vega is not a charge character!!!

I had been practicing on USSF4 this last week, getting ready to fight with him on day one!!!

This sucks.

Im going to have to use Bison now.

yeah, I never pre-order, hence never had access to the beta, hence I never went into the threads.

I just watched videos on youtube and noone mentioned it in the videos I saw.

Today I was speaking to a mate and he told me as he knew I was a vega player.

You could have pre-ordered on Amazon and canceled, paying $0, and gotten in. :p

Anyway, new Vega is a vast improvement on USFIV's turtle Vega that uses one button over and over.

Kinda too bad there's no C To Shinning C trophy because I got that back in the day (like 200 online wins with all characters). Every fighting game I put time into everyone but during the beta I was feeling Birdie, Vega and Karin. Birdie by far.
