I think Xiaohai could have beaten him if he got passed Gamer Bee.
Would have been interesting to see him vs Justin then. Justin seemed to be weak against Akuma, but good vs Ryu and if Infiltration didn't know that he might of went straight to Ryu then you never know...
Outside of Ricky who has had a good record against Infiltration lately? Xiaohai probably had a chance, due to being relatively unknown, but Infiltration probably scouted everyone else.

I don't think he could scout Xiaohai. Outside of his matches at Shadowloo Showdown(and there was very little of that), there is hardly any footage of him playing. I think he still would have lost, but would have given Infiltration a closer match. That's why I was actually rooting for him against Gamerbee, too bad he couldn't clutch it out.
It was a gaffer? Yesterday he mentioned how he sent one, but the guy never got it. And he said he didn't want to buy another stick to send. Wow.

If I held a raffle and shit never got there, I'd bust my ass to make sure that person knows or understands the situation instead of saying nothing at all. You give yourself room for people to question you then.

That Neo Gaf is behind the raffle_monster account or whatever. I'm pretty sure he was going to say that, because on his twitter he sent a tweet to Floe saying "I know who runs raffle xxx and it involves the guy we all hate". Then if you look at the random monster sending tweets @Marn it was all Gaf + Art.
Raffles are illegal. Thats pretty much it.

I'm that gaffer, and I can assure you he never sent that stick. Been well over a year. He kept emailing me for about 2 months after the raffle with all kinds of reasons why he hadn't sent it yet. After awhile I started losing interest in Street Fighter so didn't bother keeping up with him about it. A few months later, someone asked me if I had gotten it yet, so I decided to ask him about it and he said something like "you'll have it by December or I'll paypal you $200" . I never received a stick (or $200) and when I emailed him again to ask about it he simply stopped responding.
I don't care enough to harass him about it but given his stance on this it's pretty hilarious. Funding your trip to EVO with money from a raffle that 30 or so people entered (including other gaffers) and never sending out the prize is pretty shitty.
