FOR REAL! I had just exited a place, I can’t even remember the name, after picking up some important item. Instead of making a swift escape while the place was allegedly collapsing, I deliberately stayed behind to fight as many monsters as possible for the extra experience. They just kept coming, seemingly endless. I think we took down around 30 before the little furry lady chewahp’d (my slang for surrender, inspired by the sound a submission hold victory made in NES Pro Wrestling.

Anyhow, after a cowardly retreat, my two companions and I were practically crawling out, in other words I left they slow asses on bended knee looking like Boyz II Men. But at last, after I managed to cut ass out of there, I got the message: "You have unused attribute points." I was fucking amped bruh!!

Opened up my attributes menu and saw

1 SINGUALR FUCKING ATTRIBUTE POINT!!

I'm sending homeboy in to tank and using his aggro as much as I can while firing off arrows and throwing grenades. Sometimes I bail and come back after I healed up

Yeah, I’ve got plenty of escape moves in my arsenal. I’ve figured out just how dumb the NPCs are, a little juke here and there, and their ranged attacks are practically useless. The only real challenge is crowd control when they start piling on.

I'm not in the least bit organized but For the most part, I just root the big, goofy guy doing the most damage and focus on clearing out the minions. I run with Yatzley (or however her name is spelled) and the Ranger companion. My loadout includes a sword & shield, great axe, and anything that helps with crowd control, plus a ton of throwables for extra chaos.

Attributes are all on the thug barbarian shit. Might and the one that helps with HP and durability can't remember. At work right now.

Healers are nuke on site.

Edit: In fact, I can almost kill any healer with one hit from my great axe. I see them with their dumb ass green lantern lights I'm on they ass like they the quarterback.

I run straight for those healers, too.. or mages in general. Sometimes I get almost one hit from ranged mages, not sure what it is killing me, so I make sure and take them out first.

If Obsidian got green light for Outer Worlds 2. , there is a chance for an Avowed 2.

Think Avowed is doing better than OW. Personally wont play it since there are a lot of better RPGs around but it seems the game is going to Obsidian mediocre expectactions about how they manage bussiness. I mean if Avowed where an EA IP surely there wont be part 2 and some people would be fired.
Zero evidence that Avowed is doing better than Outer Worlds. Still hasn't surpassed Outer Worlds steam top ccu. Also the steam version released 1 year later which makes Avowed look even worse. And Avowed is not on playstation 5 that has an install base of 75 million.

Obsidian is a mid-tier game studio that showed up with an AAA trailer. That’s the only beef I got with them.

Otherwise, who even cares about mid-tier studios like that?
