I'm betting that the ML algorithm is thinking there is more in there than there really is, and you just caught it at the wrong angle which has caused it to erroneously flag it as false positive.

Oh okay yeah dont care about the imgur acct. Was kinda afraid of the whole psn thing. I do have uploads setup to my PSapp so then I can download to my phone. Yeah hoping the real reason the ban for OP is the sending messages part.

My issue's not really with PlayStation trophies but how PS trophies are implemented.
Trophies popping up while playing a game is objectively bad UI/UX design and shouldn't be an option.
The PS default of trophy notifications popping up while playing incentivizes weak minded users to give the game another run through.
No one (not Sony, not studios) benefits from users to spending extra days, weeks or months in games earning trophies as opposed to moving on and buying another game.
The difference is that Steam doesn't force studios to implement achievements.
PlayStation's competing against Steam in a situation where lots of users will have both platforms (PS5/PC) at their disposal.
Tho PS UI/UX and PSN in particular need to be better than Steam across the board.

I'm pretty sure it's just the algorithm giving a false positive as that's something I've seen plenty of times before when training ml / llm models.

I've recently got a new error code saying charge back but when going into it and trying to resolve there's no charge on my account
I was thinking my call of duty refund has blipped me as I played the beta

It's dreadful to think that you can just lose it all like that. I've had my psn and xbox account since 2007! Glad I barely use the screenshot feature now. Even when I do, I only use it as a guide.

People aren't banned for taking screenshots on either console. They get banned when they SHARE those screenshots publicly. On Xbox people were banned for sharing nude BG3 screenshots on their Activity Feed, not for taking the screenshots. The same applies in this case. You're free to take as many M-rated screenshots you want if that helps you get off, but sharing those will get you banned because it's publicly posting stuff normally behind a rating. It's one thing for someone to willingly buy a M-rated game. They know what they're doing and they know what they're getting. Sharing the M-rated content publicly on PSN or XB will get you in trouble because that stuff being publicly viewable on their platform will get THEM in trouble.

This the OP has never admitted to directly, but has only shared 2 of the 3 offending images via an off-screen photo of them being shared via PSN messaging.

I got a 30 day suspension for posting a pic of this tweet to a few of my friends in a private chat and I know none of them reported me. It was “pornographic and obscene.”ISony’s gotten stupid with PSN messaging, we are done. And moved to Discord for all chatting now.

Soo OP, sounds like you were banned for sharing the pics via DM not for taking the images. Hope you can get it reversed, but I think it likely depends on how many times you've sent/shared this kind of content before.

Sony is not going to check each picture one by one and decide which picture is "lewd" or "not lewd" enough to share to underage user.
So they have to set up a rule like this to control all kinds of trouble like lawsuits or complains.

A bit ironic because the worst UI/UX design, imo, is the one that dictates one person's preferences to everyone else.
According to you, Valve should be prohibiting achievements so not really all that different this world where your preferences supersede all others.
