Mid-season update, should be special, Directed Mode is now live making it much easier to complete the quest line on both maps, might actually be able to solo them now

In cold war the major zombie updates were generally part of the reloaded season, aside from forsaken since s6 generally doesn't have a full reloaded.

Uhh, can you not gift a Battle Pass anymore? Account I game on is a different region from the one I purchased on so I can't access the store but I remember being able to gift a Battle Pass in Cold War without issue.

I was having a hard time getting any kills with the Marine SP shotgun, shooting people point blank 3x and them not dying.

Playing on the PS5 Pro and I have some graphical glitches. I dont know if its the GPU or just a bug in the game itself.
Yesterday I played Nuketown and the center of the map was gone. There was no jeep, no bus, no truck visable. I could see the enemy players hiding (but for me it was just empty space) and shoot them before they reach the corner. I saved a clip if someone reports me for cheating.

I hated using the slugs but I usually play hardcore so a couple of pellets usually do the trick

It’s a great faceoff map in my opinion (and faceoff maps are meant to be small and simplistic in design). Needed a bit of verticality somewhere to make it better, but still not bad.
As for Extraction, use that lower level to flank and get to points without exposing yourself to snipers! My initilal impression is a solid map and better than most of the defaults.

Guys I think the dark matter camo challenges may ruin me. Some of these guns, maps just make it near impossible to get 5 kills without dying. Shit is annoying. It should be like Orion and interstellar. Once you got all dark spine, dark matter unlocked for all. Treyarch trolling man
f that noise, i organically got gold on 4 or 5 ARs and close to finishing the rest except the as val, probably will pay some attention to finish and get diamond for the ARs but not gonna bother after that. been seeing losers with dark matter since day one kind of ruined it. not to mention it doesn't even look that good. don't understand these super unrealistic camos that are animated and all the corny nerf looking guns, i guess i'm just too old for this shit. more than happy running default metal gun skins with no camo, as lonng as the gunplay is there.
the new alien / monster fortnite skins are really turning me off the game.

I like the mastery camo skins. Interstellar has been my personal favourite so far. Generally I enjoy unlocking them all. It also levels you faster but I know it’s not for everyone.
The general operator skins I can take em or leave em. I much prefer the licensed skins.

Going by that it'll take them until tomorrow before they patch directed mode in zombies to give you no xp or headshot challenges.

Sucks, but these tokens have never carried over before so why would they now? It is a new game after all. 
I’m just grateful they let cod points carry over - I’ve never had to pay for a battlepass before (there was a time when buying call of duty would give you 1000 points - enough to buy your first battlepass at the time).

Yeah, I'm not really noticing any difference, the game is quite ugly overall in fact though the visuals in the campaign are fantastic.

I think it looks amazing. It's very clean. The only issue is the aliasing with specular highlights. Turning off Fidelity FX CAS helps a lot.

120 mode looks quite terrible compared to 60 fps mode on Pro. Way too sharp with CAS though, so turn that off.

When I am leveling guns, I have a ton of fun.
I did first Prestige but I do not think I will continue with Prestige. I love collecting Calling Cards and Emblems, but it is not worth it since the first set of Calling Card Prestige challenges I saw were ridiculous. They also do not tell us what the Challenges are in advance, so I'm not hitting Prestige just to find out if I can get a Calling Card based on some jacked challenges.
