I played DoX3 by creating a Hong Kong account and buying Hong Kong PSN credit. Worked great, so I'm doing that for this game as well.

EDIT: You can also set the console as home console, log in to your US account and then play on that account for DoAX3 at least, so I assume it'll work the same way here.

Rest assured, the PS5 console itself is region free so they will never ban you for playing a game from another region on it.

On my main US account I have played hundreds of games from my HK account.

What platform do you want it for? On PC you can either get the game gifted (if you check the Steam Forums there’s a very helpful dude who gifted it to me), apparently Steam keys will be able to be activated globally, so you can also wait till key sellers have them in stock or get a physical box with Steam key from e.g. amiami.com. The physical versions don't contain the pre-order bonuses or the premium edition contents afaik.

On PS5 you can either make an Asian PSN account and buy it there or get a physical version from e.g. play Asia. Note that only the Asian and not the Japanese PS4/5 versions will contain English subtitles.
