Elon's ego is so big he can't admit the lie and apologize, and then he uses his power as owner of X to silence critics or anyone who questions him. Same thing happened when people questioned USA's H1B1 policies and pointed it out to him in a civil debate online. Like fuck he did. He founded X.com (yes, it has been his "thing" all this time, I guess we're in his midlife crisis now), which merged with Confinity, which then later became PayPal. Before he left, he insisted the company switch over to using all Microsoft, which caused huge issues.

He was very involved in the creation of SpaceX, I'll give him that. As to Tesla though, he was a very early investor - but then he actually sued the founders so that he could call himself a founder. The lawsuit was eventually settled out of court, I guess the real founders didn't think it was worth their while, but yeah. He "founded" Tesla.

Exactly. Just saying that you maxed out a character is enough for gamer cred if that is what you want. But being on the leaderboard is like a giant negative. I wouldn't hire a fucking entry level engineer if I knew they were on the diablo leaderboard, because I know to be on such a leaderboard you have to play 24/7. Musk is the CEO of multiple companies. If I was an investor I wouldn't want my CEO fucking playing games all damn day.
