So the bigger differences will be the fact that dlss 4 creates 3 extra frames from 1 or something?

Yeah, DLSS4 is multi-frame generation. It generates 3 additional frames instead of 1. That's where the 5070 being as powerful as a 4090 comes from.

about Blackwell, nothing is impressive. like 30-50% jump apple to apple.
