Interesting. I'll wait and see though. I'm very hard to win over. I'm still renting first before I buy so I can decide if I will like what 343 is doing. If I rent and find it's as good as the Bungie games I'll buy it but not before trying it.
And I see no problem with Bungie playing other games for their Pentathlon. They're no longer working on Halo anymore so the can branch out to other games they play and like. In fact I always kind of wondered why it was only Halo before anyway. God knows they love plenty of games there.
Less than Halo 3 at this point. Opening up an old wound, but we got more in the Halo 3 announcement trailer than what we've gotten about Halo 4 in two trailers.
Plus, we got a BTS video with the Halo 3 announcement trailer.
Unfortunately this is most likely true, I've found the Forerunner Saga books so far to be great Halo 4 promo material, just a shame that not many people will actually read them :/.
If anyone wants to help test out updates to the community Infection variants, get on in the next few minutes for some testin'. Considering we probably don't have many update cycles left for Reach, we need these out before they're stuck in their current state.
I started with the list about a month ago. Made about 90% in one go and added some small things every now and then. For example: The jetpack challenge one is from a very recent experience.
Are you a very recently approved member of neogaf?
Sure.
What country are you posting from and whats your current age.
The Netherlands and I'm legal.
At what age did you get into Halo and with which game.
I got into Halo after playing Halo 1 at an age at which I could not yet legally buy alcoholic beverages in my country.
For how long have you been reading HaloGAF?
Eons.
Since the Reach Beta thread
Whats your absolute favorite Halo campaign? And your favorite multiplayer? (youre not allowed to pick Halo: Combat Evolved for any of the two)
Halo 1 has my favorite campaign (your rules are silly, survey)
Halo 2 is my favorite (although least played) multiplayer. It had gametypes with settings that actually made sense on good maps.
Highest Halo 3 level and which playlist.
45 in SWAT. Don't judge me.
AR or BR?
BR
Absolute favorite multiplayer map from Combat Evolved, Halo 2 and 3 (just one from each).
Halo 1: Wouldn't know. I hardly played Halo 1 MP. Driving two warthogs into each other on Bloodgulch was always fun, though.
Halo 2: Tie between Midship and Lockout.
Halo 3: Valhalla, Guardian and Citadel (a forgotten map).
Least hated Reach mp map.(excluding Anniversary pack)
I probably enjoy playing on Asylum more than any other Reach map. Yep, a shitty remake of a good Halo 2 map and I still like it the most (The MLG version is obviously better, though)
Do you prefer BTB or MLG? (pre-Reach era)
MLG. Lately every BTB match I've played has been a bore-fest. I can't stay focused for maybe longer than a minute and usually end up getting in a Warthog to try and splatter teammates.
Competitive multiplayer or Firefight?
Competitive multiplayer. Firefight is repetitive and too easy.
Games completed on solo Legendary.
Every Halo game. (Even Halo Wars)
Are you EazyB? Mike DongBlain?
Sure.
What are some of your favorite Campaign missions.
Two Betrayals, Silent Cartographer, The Covenant
Favorite Reach playlists.
Team Objective (Evade be damned), Squad Slayer (Active camo and Jetpack be damned) and Premium Battle (RIP)
Size of frankie erotica folder (in megabytes).
None whatsoever.
Opinion on reticule bloom.
I do not fancy it.
Opinion on Armor Abilities and the one you usually end up picking.
I hate AAs, but I hate the loadout system even more. I usually end up picking sprint.
Why are you a Halo fan?
I like the games.
Favorite Halogaffer, and least favorite (besides Dax). (optional)
Favorite is Xand.
o wait
Least favorite is ZalinPro but he isn't around anymore so that's one problem solved.
Now feel free to introduce yourself and/or share anything you want so we get to know you better, some of us would enjoy reading it. (optional)
No.

Guillermo Del Toro has had 2/3 years of permanent fucking around.
I hope his Monsters vs Robots "Pacific Rim" movie will help him finally get somewhere.
As for movie director, it's Neill Blomkamp or bust.
A short introduction following how the Chief gets into the Pillar/Credits/Meeting Cortana/Non-fucking stop action until Halo explodes like a parkour movie with guns and aliens in a mysterious space station.
A good, first, Halo movie has to show how beyond human skills the Chief's are.
It and Citadel took place in the same building, too. I still have some comparison pics somewhere, I think.
And I dunno, the long wait for Halo 4 info has actually made me more interested in the game. Back when it was first announced, the trailer completely "meh"ed me out. The concept art trailer was a lot better.
