During weekdays, that wasn't the case, as there were not as many people playing as there were this weekend. So there is no double top.
During this weekend, there were
more people wanting to play the game, but they couldn't. Hence, the double top, which indicates them trying to log in again after they couldn't.
The director also said that there will be wait times, essentially confirming that the total CCU will be higher than 800,000, and not everyone will get in.
Also, if you disagree with this, you'll have to explain why/how there were more people playing this weekend this weekend, before shit hits the fan at peak times, and why the pacing was so off. For example:
- 15:00 UTC Thursday = 210,313
- 15:00 UTC Friday = 222,314
- 15:00 UTC Saturday = 294,505
- 15:00 UTC Sunday = 299,573
Saturday and Sunday had 70,000 - 80,000 additional players. Where did all those players go? And why doesn't the peak CCU account for that higher pacing?
