Whilst that's not a great PSU you should be fine.
1) I think you know that your specific setup is drastically different to most people's wireless setups. You have everything optimized to the Nth degree with a very very nice access point.

Worst case scenario, I get a new PSU. Can I actually damage anything if the PSU isn't up for it? Or am I only gonna get random shut downs/ not booting?
You could take your whole system. Most good PSUs will shut themselves down, can't guarantee it with that one.
What are you using to load?
I use OCCT on Medium/Low or Prime95 Blend + Small FFT. Linpack is funny on OCCT and doesn't load fully.

Just a follow-up post on my MSI rebate fiasco:
After going back and forth with them a few more times and sending them the invoice from TigerDirect.com, they have finally approved my rebate.
I suppose calling them "fucking scumbags" was a bit harsh, though I still have a bad taste in my mouth from the whole thing. TigerDirect and MSI are kind of on my shit list for poor customer service — both of my issues should have been easy to fix but instead took tons of back-and-forth emails. Neither of their customer service departments are very good at explaining things.

How do you return parts that don;t work properly, and had to be broken out of a vacuum-wrap? Do amazon accept parts in bubble-wrap/styrofoam as long as you include the original packaging/receipt?

OS is not uncluded in the above, but that's why it is closer to 700, add that stuff. I would get this, plus a Windows 8 upgrade and install it over an unactivated 7 if you can't stretch just beyond 800.
Hmm. I will only emulate Playstation 2 which I believed would be quite good at the stock clock of that CPU (as i've gotten the impression that it's less demanding than Dolphin). I'd guess the air flow would only be an issue if I used an overclocked 3570K/4670K and a beefier gpu than a 7850.
A Prodigy/Node 304 would cost 40$ extra, a 3570k would cost 25-30$ extra and a z77 mobo would cost 50$ extra which would end up something like 115-120$ extra. Plus I would probably have to get better cooling as well so it adds up quite a bit. I'm a student with a limited budget and very limited space (24sqm) so i'd prefer a computer that's as small and cheap as possible.
I will need to look into different PCSX2 system requirements though. Perhaps moving to Haswell as kharma45 suggested would be better as it would be slightly cheaper at least.

Blacklist and Watch Dogs have exclusive Nvidia tech, TXAA and HBAO+. Would be weird seeing AMD advertise those. GRID 2 has the whole Intel splash screen optimised for Intel integrated crap and has already been sold with Intel, again would be weird. The others could happens , but some serious money would need to be dealt with. BF4 probably the second biggest release this year to COD and Rome 2 is probably the biggest Sega release this year. I just don't see them giving those away for cheap. Crazier things have happened though. Fifa 14 free with Xbox.

The plan was to not overclock. Without overclocking will there be much of a difference in performance if I stuck with the i5 3350P and the motherboard I included? Really, the lower the price the better but I'm trying to maintain a level of performance that should allow him to run the game on high settings at 60 fps.

Yeah, using them in my temporary living situation. Works well, and works best if you have good electrical wiring.
As knitoe pointed out, it might not get the same kind of bandwidth as a really nice wireless setup, but it's a good deal less expensive and isn't range/obstruction dependent.

For the price difference of about $30-40 yeah, I would. Might even one day want to overclock. In the long run that's how you get performance out of your CPU. If not then the other build is fine, but change the few things, like the GPU to the one I linked, same price better cooling. RAM is cheaper with the coupon in the link and better. Not sure how the 3350p compares to the 3570K at stock, but there are a few more in between them 3470, 3570 non K, so the difference will be fairly sizable I would imagine. Can't find 3350p benchmarks.

So I'm still running an i7 920 OC'd to 4.1ghz. I've also got a GTX 560 Ti. Would it make since to go for another video card upgrade at this point, a GTX 760, or is it about time to upgrade the mobo/CPU? My current thought is to just get the new GPU, and wait for Skylake since that's going to bring DDR4 and SATA Express.

It'll be fine, that's a great monitor. If you don't like it you can just return it under DSR.
You should read reviews of the monitor and don't just go by manufacturer's respond time claims. Many advertises the low gray to gray times, but the more accurate is black to white to black . Which monitors are you comparing?

Basically, you're going to have reduced motion resolution compared to good TN panels. Input lag is something else entirely, if that's what you were worried about.

I'm looking to get another fan to put on the front of my NZXT Source 210. Does this one have the same connections and operate essentially the same as the other fans that came with the case(they have these three cables-for mobo and psu)?
Do I need to splash out for premium fans or will any old shit do?

x.264 is a free and open source video encoder that encodes videos in the h.264 format, it is not a different format, it just does a much better job than nearly any other encoder (very much so hardware encoders).
What you can try with OBS now is to use Intel QuickSync to encode the video, it will not look as good as x.264 (but better than other hardware encoders) but it it will remove much of the CPU load of video encoding, so you can have better game performance while streaming.
Tftcentral has pretty in depth reviews. Measuring response times and whatnot.
Don't know about that Asus, but they for sure reviewed the u2124m
