People have just had enough of this Gaas push. We want good games and its been a lackluster gen.

I literally watched the animated movie and the gameplay trailer and its just not doing anything for the majority of people. Its so overly designed. I feel like there is something cool there, but not to the level people expect from Bungie.

Bungie are expected to deliver an 11/10 in hype and it wasn't there. Bungie shouldnt be delivering above average trailers, gameplay etc.

Yeah, it's going to be that, people are criticizing Marathon not because they revived a franchise to make a GAAS (something absurd in the first place, as those who may be interested in this type of game have possibly never heard of Marathon) and throw resources into something no one asked for, when they could be making a AAA singleplayer shooter, with multiplayer and leveraging Bungie's gunplay into something worthy.
