No/not yet. Bruce was in the first one as a kid. So young Batman would be fighting a middle age/elderly (or completely different) Joker if they time skipped ahead. So does Batman exist in this universe?

No.Lady Gaga is an ugly woman
Yep, he's in the movie too.
Yeah but i hate musicals so he can be directed by god itself and i'm still gonna give less than 2 fucks about. It could be a porn movie with Janet Reno, as long as it's directed by Phillips it's gonna be interesting and more than technically sound
First one he descended into madness alone, this time he ascend to freedom (which in it's purest form is madness) having found what he was missing the whole time, a companion. I get some might think Philipps symbolism is too much on the nose, but dudes we live in an era of marvel movies, compared to which Joker is almost Moby Dick...
It is an opinion. You can think she is great, and it does not hurt anyone.

I'm convinced that the patient Harley we see in the teaser is a manifestation of Arthur's imagination. The finger gun gesture to the head she makes might actually be a huge indicator.Watched the trailer Lady Gaga is an ugly woman. Hard features and unattractive. Also it looks like she is a mental patient and not the therapist that the Joker broke. I really don't care for this version of the Joker, a pass for me.
I get you, but off the strength of the first I think it's earned a shot. I'll see what it has to say.First one was a cool concept for a joker origin story, but what's the point of this....its not leading to a joker vs batman film, so I don't really get the concept or point, apart from milking the first films success.
But maybe I'm wrong, just seems kind of an weird idea

"Folie à deux (French for "folly of two"), also known as shared psychosis or shared delusional disorder (SDD), is a rare psychiatric syndrome in which symptoms of a delusional belief, and sometimes hallucinations, are "transmitted" from one individual to another."Loved the first, wish they'd just me a regular sequel instead of a musical with a dumbass, pretentious subtitle.
Oh I have zero doubts it's my own ignorance but boy does it get under my skin every time I see it."Folie à deux (French for "folly of two"), also known as shared psychosis or shared delusional disorder (SDD), is a rare psychiatric syndrome in which symptoms of a delusional belief, and sometimes hallucinations, are "transmitted" from one individual to another."
It's actually quite the fitting subtitle for a story about Joker and Harley.
.... Yes
This is ugly? Come on

Look up Repo: The Genetic Opera.A demented, R-rated musical with graphic violence.
At least that's what I'm hoping for, because that's never really been done before.
It is extremely fitting indeed. Harley and Joker relationship is a textbook exemple of folie à deux, where each individual draw the other along as they both descend into shared madness."Folie à deux (French for "folly of two"), also known as shared psychosis or shared delusional disorder (SDD), is a rare psychiatric syndrome in which symptoms of a delusional belief, and sometimes hallucinations, are "transmitted" from one individual to another."

I remember when she tricked the entire world with the poker face video, she looked fabolous in that one..... Yes
Tons of make up and plastic surgery and the end result is still mid
In the trailer Harley seemed just as important as Joker. And that would be fine, but she didnt get a movie to develop her character like Joker did.
Joker was a character driven movie. Seeing him sharing the spotlight with a newcomer character that didnt receive the same development will feel so forced. I just know that I'll hate her.
They'll try to make her at least as important as him, if not more.
