I think he's just curious as to what country you're in tbh, we might be showing our age here but 20 years ago Kanye was a big thing in the charts in a lot of countries, his first album was full of bangers and had songs that got a lot of radio play and showings on MTV, etc. So either you're young enough to have slipped by that or you're in a very interesting country which I'd like to know what was popular during that time because I'm curious what did get through.
