Hello bumble is a great app to meet girls. They use it because it gives more control to them so they know the majority of guys in there are not going to waste their time guys are serious to meet/talk etc.

Then there's the old fashion friend who introduces singles to each other... but normally it is me lol I love being cupid. I used to go to a gym for maybe 6 or so years. I was friendly with some guys but never made friends. Also - some of the people there were really obnoxious so I ended up training at home.

A normal gym maybe but the way CrossFit is structured, its probably not easy to make friends during it. Usually a great workout though.

It is really intense during the workouts... Maybe before/after the actual workouts? At a regular gym usually there is lots of lounging and chit-chatting between sets. Not so with CF.

I don't know about sexyish (most recent girlfriend didn't complain) but I enjoy the comfort of Under Armour boxer briefs. The thing with these briefs is that they are neither too short (these are awful and hike up the thigh) or too long. And they last a few years... I usually get black or grey ones... Not too pricey either.

Well I think you are right, I just do hikes and some legs and butt exercises and that is it! I spend more time on my upper body! To make it harmonious!

Have you tried bicycle? Or walking on very steep streets? Oh maybe treadmill with a steep angle can help!

Unfortunately calves mostly can't be fixed. But thighs can! You just need to get stronger on squats. Try one legged squats sitting on a bench. Once it's easy, add weight.
