Judging by the specific error message that is reported when NeoGAF goes down, the server is a Commodore Amiga.
But seriously, it openly used lighttpd/1.4.15 on Linux until late last year. It now reports its server software as "NeoGAF" in the http headers.
I'm curious what would be the most appropriate route to making the website more scalable, other than "lighttpd sucks, use ${NEWFANGLED_WEB_SERVER} instead!"
