Most annoying characters imo:

Scarlet Witch- who thought an auto tracking attack with no reload would be a good idea lmfao brainless. And the range on her ult is insane.

Iron Fist - so annoying and hard to hit and one always seems to target my iron man, and can seemingly reach me no matter how high up I am. I get flight sure, but move like molasses, while iron fist can go just as high and twice the speed. SMH

Melee counter ranged, tanks counter melee, flyers counter tanks, Ranged counter flyers. (healer get killed by everyone if left alone)

Ironman should beat Iron Fist actually, just because it takes a short time to kill them. But as Seagull pointed out, when you are Melee and you meet a Venom one-on-one, you are just dead.

Melee is VERY suicidal in playstyle. They need to basically play like an ambush predator, picking off individuals and hit as fast and hard as they can in order to regain health, and then to never be fighting more than one opponent.

Please give me the wisdom to understand someone who looks at a 1 tank, 4 dps team and chooses dps, the courage to stay in the lobby with them, and the strength to overcome their stupidity.

But if you are not actually grinding currency, why should you care that your random team mates suck? In any case the cast is varied enough that a rigid RQ doesn't make sense. is Cloak and Dagger a real healer? is Loki a real healer? Just because they can heal doesn't make them good healers.
There are direct counters for each of the 4 main types of heroes, but otherwise if you are not playing as a real team then it doesn't help if you get a RQ.

I've only played for an hour or two, honestly expected a bit more. I thought I read somewhere that skins can sort of be grinded, but turns out it was just one or two from the training/achievements. I'll stick around for a bit to see what they have planned for the game, event rewards and such.

There probably already was one and it died, but be nice if they made another marvel moba with the same love as this one. So it can match blizzards other IP they pissed away called Heroes of the Storm which I still log in every now and then. Just copy everything and give it a marvel skin

Jeff: low health. Balanced by no headshot hitbox. Otherwise just a really good healer because he both heals by choice and leave little bubbles of healing for his team. Was massively buffed when the enemy team can no longer destroy the bubble healing boxes. You actually HAD to have good aim to shoot him with a projectile.

Wanda: low health. Main threat is her sneaking behind you invisible then start sucking your health out of your line of sight. Basically an assassin character when you are too busy with the flash noisy explosions. Her ult is scary but if you know where she is you can kill her before it goes off. Once again, you need to pay attention.

Iron Fist: Medium health when fully buffed and only melee. Another assassin character who is meant to sneak up on healers or wounded players and kill them quickly. Tanks do NOT fear him, ranged and flyer heroes just had to hit him before he gets close. iron Fist generally need to wall run on high walls to stay out of sight and swoop like Batman. And get out of the fight when it gets bad.

EDIT:
Just realized that Wanda and Iron Fist require no aiming. Both have auto-tracking attacks that locks onto the target. In the case of iron Fist you can't really run away from him unless you have some disengagement superpower like cloak. But that is the thing with superheroes, everyone got perks.

Marvel Super War was by Netease as well but closed recently this year. That too had somewhat decent, more comic colourful characters too though kinda plain, if that makes sense.

Anyway her ult can seem op but play her and you will see it has a limited range and long windup where you can easily be killed. She's squishy.

I've spent 5 hrs with the game now and I really dislike the maps. The game lacks any charm unless you're into Marvel, which I'm not.

Faves are Namor and Loki.

That's only a problem for certain characters who need accuracy. Marvel Rivals is only shooter half of the time, the other half is autoaim attacks or autolock melee.

Played it for 30 minutes and uninstalled. Too much of an Overwatch clone and the movement feels too slow for 3rd person. I have a feeling the hype will die down pretty quickly, but we'll see.

I would tell you you didn't pick the fast heroes. There are 33 of them and not all of them had mobility. But frankly, if the game has legs you will come back anyway.
