that sending in the wrong person for the wrong thing can get them killed too in the final mission when you're assigning tasks. I sent Legion to the pipe, Miranda led the fire team, Miranda led the distraction team again, Tali escorted the crew back to the Normandy and Samara was the biotic shield generator.

Holy crap the Insanity as the first playthrough is a lot more difficult than the first game's Insanity!!

and Vanguard sux without decent armors, I regretted a lot why not just continue to be a soldier...

Veteran, but I haven't done a lot of the side missions / scanning of planets yet. I've maybe done 6-7 of the anomaly missions, I have in no way completed the game. Just finished the main story, going to do the rest of the side stuff this weekend.

Of course, I am on insanity...
EDIT: 53 not 58, but still...
Maybe the game still counts game overs when you press resume.
If that is the case, then it makes sense.

I do not think it is sidequests taking all the time.
The missions are absurdly hard on insane and between the protracted fights and the constant restarting (I am assuming that the game counts the failed missions when you click resume) and the fact that I am pretty slow and methodical, it makes sense.

It really phenomenally sucks that I can't use my 360 pad for this. I'm one of those guys with a monster rig who plays it on a HDTV (OMG BIG COMFY COUCH etc), and it just doesn't make any sense that a 360 port won't include the functionality. It just doesn't feel right with a mouse and keyboard. It's seriously denting my enjoyment of the game.

Can anyone explain how this disc swapping thing is gonna play out through the game? I started jacobs mission and it asked me to put in disc 2. Am I at some point gonna have to put disc 1 back in? Do certain missions require a different disc?

Vanguard is a death trap. It looks cool and everything, but then you realize that Blood Pack Krogan leader still had a bit of armor left and he wasn't moved at all by your level 4 charge - you get to watch him stomp a mudhole in your ass in slow motion. He lulz as your incendiary shells do nothing.

The attack drone was near useless, Charge seems like a bad idea most of the time, if something is close enough to bring your tech armor down you know your in trouble, and Singularity was just laughable in comparison to master pull.
The only good thing about Charge is that you can spam it rather easily since the cooldown time isn't all that bad. Many times I just use reave and tactically move throughout the map with charge (AKA: Run like bitch as my health recharges). It doesn't even seem to matter how I have in my party either. on a more serious note this game is pretty great. getting laid in a video game is proactively preventing me from getting laid in real life and i'm kinda OK with that.

I enjoy shooting heads, and Infiltrator even adds the bonus of being able to shoot heads in slow motion. It's like complete bliss for people like me.
I'm just sad that you only need to shoot 30 heads to earn that Achievement. I'm sure I could shoot 300 heads easy in one playthrough. :lol

I didn't mean the class as whole but just how the special skills seem so useless compared to the general ones. I think the only real comparisons would be Pull vs Singularity, Combat Drone vs AI Hacking. Both just seem like a waste of points.
Skills like Slam just made me laugh because I couldn't find a use for the points compared to other things in Miranda's tree. It's like the abilities were put in there because they'd look cool when rendered.
I'm guessing you need to level it up to be able to do that? The only time I seem to be able to Charge is when an enemy is close enough to charge into....can't seem to be able to charge away though.... : /DY_nasty said:
I got the 360 version, but afaik, all versions have content "locked". You need to redeem the Cerberus Network Access code at the BioWare Social site for the "free" DLC (the 11th character, the driverable vehicle coming out next week, etc...). Other in game DLC like the CE Armor & Rifle and the Incisor Sniper also have to be redeem at the Social before you can download them.Brashnir said:
