The discussions on rationalizing pedophilia related content are crazy to me. Should they be banned for what they said? I don't know, not my call, but personally I'm not going to lose sleep over losing a couple posters who find vore/kiddie toons attractive and think it's worth debating. Do you nuts really think you're going to convince those who believe you are jacking it to degenerate subject matter that they've really been mistaken all along? Keep that shit to yourself.

It amazes me that people honestly think you can have a proclivity for the weirdest of the weird shit as long as it's animated, and that will have no impact on your character or social interactions. I want to see these people tell their mother the things they gratify themselves to and see if they feel any level of shame then.

Now: Animated children, murder, and lets have a discussion about how you're wrong about your knee jerk reaction to this

What's the problem with discussing it? They're not posting it. This is a pretty big topic thrown at the anime community so yea, I think they want to discuss it.

They're not arguing whether it's degenerate or not. There's plenty of degenerate porn out there. That doesn't make it illegal.

I don't have a problem with the question in an academic sense, but know your audience and where you are. Attempting to rationalize that stuff gets you banned here. Take it to PMs or a private conversation somewhere, or Era.

I think Japan kind of promotes the worst of it these days as Anime has seriously gone for younger characters and not for a decent story.

It's funny as I like to watch the more serious Anime shows and hate that cutesy stuff as you know where it leads on the Internet. If they are going to do the more controversial stuff, then lock it behind a paywall or something as it is too easy to access by anyone. You're right that there is a lot of degenerate porn out there and it is too easy to access.

Senran Kagura probably promotes itself more these days for that over the games and it's one of those where the characters (except 1 or 2) look far older than what they actually are. Pretty bizarre.
